I highly recommend Dr. Mai. I was a patient for 4 years and he did an incredible job on my teeth. Thank you, Dr. Mai! His office is clean, and everyone at his office are nice. He has an awesome tech, Jan and he worked with me often. The price of the braces is very affordable as well. I can't thank Dr. Mai enough for the huge transformation of my teeth.

I am so grateful that we found Dr Mai's office! My daughter has a very complicated mouth. Our first office visit was great! Staff was friendly, nice and informative! We felt so comfortable with their knowledge. We had 3 consultations done all over the valley and at the end, we felt that Dr Mai's knowledge and office staff was top notch and decided to go with him for treatment. My family has been coming to Mai Orthodontics for almost a decade. It has been such a fantastic experience and my smile is getting better with each treatment. The staff is super professional too. Every time I come in it is like catching up with good friends. The office is very clean and organized and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They give you several different options to pay for treatment and will find an option that works best for you. I can't recommend them enough!

They make every effort to ensure that you're as comfortable as possible during your treatment process, and it is always a pleasure to come into the office. The whole team worked with me to shorten my Invisalign treatment plan to one that fit my needs and my budget, and I couldn't be happier and more confident! Our whole family loves the care we receive. We started with just my sons braces, now the whole family (myself and husband included) got them. The staff is wonderful. Always easy to get an appointment, they take the time to get to know us. Super easy with the insurance/financial aspect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get ortho treatment!

I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Mai for my daughter's braces and he did an amazing job. My daughter was a thumb sucker and his treatment and results were on point. Highly recommended! I been going to Dr. Mai for more than three years. He delicates to every little detail to make my teeth as perfect as possible. What can't I say about Dr. Mai and his staff? My daughter, husband and myself have had been seeing Dr. Mai for over 4 yrs as our orthodontist. Both my daughter and husband had serve cases, my daughter had her braces removed about 2 yrs ago with amazing results. The work my husband has had done by dr. Mai is nothing but a miracle. His progress has even impressed our dentist who said it would be next to impossible to get the success he has experienced. I have referred multiple people and their family members. In my opinion there isn't a better orthodontist in the Las Vegas area.

Dr. Mai is absolutly great! I visited this office for about 5 year and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is so great! Very easy going and they really make you feel comfortable! I love that Dr. Mai gives you options when handling your case and how easy it is to communicate with him!! I absolutly had a blast getting my smile fixed here !

If there is only way I could give him 0 star I would definitely give him that! I would never recommend him to anybody! I am still his patient right now, but I really can't take this anymore! I am not really happy on their service with me most especially the scheduling an appointment plus they're too slow on processing my braces!! My last visit was November and the next appointment they can give me is February! That's way too far! It is just so ridiculous that they would give me the reason that the doctor is only available every Friday! What about the patients that is not available

I'm more than thankful for everything Dr. Mai and the assistants have done for me! Their service is wonderful and they do everything they can to make sure that you feel comfortable. First of all let me start off by saying this place is either a hit or miss. Mostly miss. I've been a patient of Dr. Mai for a good 2 years, and while I was a patient of Dr. Mai, he's probably worked on me a total of 2 minutes each time I visit him. He is one of those orthodontists who just want your money, and rely on the assistants to do much of the work. I've had experiences with him where I was the only patient there and he'd still have the assistants do everything, only coming by at the end very briefly.
