I’ve been in a rental managed by this company for less than a month and have been disappointed by them multiple times. They’re refusing to provide us with a house key and a mail key, leaving us with no access to the mail, despite the fact that we were told we would be provided with these things. I was told that they don’t check the keys that are turned in upon move out, because previous tenants “probably” won’t get into our mail box or house. I expressed that I do not feel safe because of this and was told there’s nothing they can do about it and it’s my problem to obtain keys.

We rented with Byrne for 2 years in Colorado Springs and all of our dealings with Byrne was professional and friendly. We had several maintenance needs over the course of our lease and all dealings were handled quickly and were professional resolved. Thank you Byrne for an honest and enjoyable experience renting. Which is very hard to come by these days I must say! Highly recommend this company.

Would never use Byrne as property managers for our home. We were tenants with them and appalled by poor communication, policies, and follow through. Was late on more than one occasion for appointments, and then a no show on another. Policies do not cover pest control, which can cause major damage to a home, and they do not even talk to homeowners about issues. We made three attempts to reach out to them about buying the house we were renting, with literally no response. They then had the audacity to promote their home buying program when we told them we were breaking our lease to purchase. And

If your moving to Colorado, avoid this rental agency at all cost. If your looking for a property manager, avoid this company at all cost. We used them to get a rental and it was a living nightmare with them. Things broke in the house and they never stayed on top of it, and when they sent someone, it was the most shoddy work I have ever seen done. I truly felt bad for the owners of the property. Did I mention that this company will try and snake you out of your deposit? So if you like having shady customer service and are aiming to never get your deposit back or you simply want to use a property

I've rented a condo through Byrne Management and recently purchased a home with Morgan's help. The agency went above and beyond for me, as a renter and as a buyer. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, they had someone out there almost immediately to take care of it. The housing market is tight in Colorado Springs, but Morgan was very patient and thorough, taking me to see multiple homes and placing offers, all done very professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend them for real estate AND for renting. Outstanding service!

I interacted with two individuals at Byrne Property Management, Meghan and Stephanie. It was refreshing to be greeted by a cordial person rather than a recording. I was promptly scheduled to view the property. Meghan was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The following day I promptly received an update from Stephanie. Having had to replace my last property managing team, I hired Byrne Reals Estate to manage my property for approximately 9 years. Additionally, when it was time to sell, I had no issues or concerns with them listing with them. Morgan (Selling) and Angela and Stephanie (managing) were excellent to work with and always responsive to my questions or requests. This review is from the other side of the spectrum. I worked for Angela for a good portion of a decade and it was an amazing experience. Angela was a great mentor. I do not think she was ever unreasonable in business practices and she was by far the best employer I've ever had.
