The tenant portal gives you the ability to pay anywhere at any time, you can even set up recurring payments for your rent amount, or a specified amount every month. With the online maintenance request, you can submit a work-order, and track it to see if it has been seen, and when it is completed! Our tenant portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.

The Property Manager Chris was very helpful and outgoing. We enjoyed how he showed us around the entire property and detailed all his plans for the potential of the property. Definitely will be a top contender when we move in January!

Great and affordable apartment complex that's close to TTU! All bills (including internet) paid is an absolutely a game changer as well. Chris (The property manager) is an awesome dude. Wonderful location less than a mile away from Texas Tech. I appreciate the multi- weekly security visits and the gated community. Along with the onsite manager. Also the lobby is very welcoming and the studios are spacious for being studios. I also appreciate the wood floors.

Just moved from a small town in wyoming. Kinda a shock going to the city but this place is really really secure. Electronic entry to building and parking lot not to mention the security guard that roams (in a very visible way even outside) and security cameras! I feel completely safe. Also the landlord is really awesome. Any issue or concern worry and he's on it. I feel like this is a safe haven in the city. Would recommend!

This is a great first apartment! Perfect size for everything you need. Management and Maintenance both live on site which is super convenient. The cameras, the security guard that comes after hours and gated parking makes it feel very safe and comfortable. Ideal for students.

I honestly was very skeptical of moving in here at first because of the location, but the past few months this place has been the best discussion I’ve made. This is my first apartment that I have owned and I honestly really like it a lot . I feel safe with the gated parking and the security cameras all around and the people are very friendly. We have a great property manger and maintenance.

This is a great property. Right on the the main thoroughfare! And such a homey feel as you walk in. Common areas are welcoming and very well maintained. Artwork is perfect for this eclectic property. Can't say enough about how great this place is!!
