The mechanics and the staff there were superb beyond measure. I had my car taken in for repairs due to a fender bender, and my car was ready a day early to which I really did appreciate very much. Brought my Jeep there for some bumper damage related to a collision. These guys were great. They had my vehicle finished quickly and looked as good as new. They even cleaned my car and topped off my washer fluid. These guys went above and beyond and provide great service.

UPDATE: It’s been approximately a year now since I’ve had work done at Griffin Auto Care. I needed to have my Honda power steering pump replaced. I decided to stay in their cool looking lobby to wait on the new part to arrive from the dealer so the mechanic could replace the old pump. While waiting, I had a chance to personally watch as each client who came in was professionally and kindly treated

A few months ago I had a little fender bender and as it was so small I didn't even go through my insurance. I took my BMW to another body shop who gave me a quote of nearly $3,000 thinking that my insurance was going to pay for it and I would not care. So next I went to Griffin Auto Care. They were very good, gave me an estimate of $400 and took my car in within days. In fact they even offered to fix a little scratch I had in another part of the car for free.
The car was done one day after promised but that was no big deal. When I got home I noticed they had not fixed the other scratch

This is one of the worst car mechanics I've had to deal with in my life. I dropped off my car and the salesman told me if it's something simple, we may not even charge you for diagnostics. At most, you're looking at around $109. I left my car over night; the next morning he calls and says the diagnostics have been especially difficult and now we have to start running the clock on the diagnostics, we've had to pull the whole engine apart and this will be complex. At this point I was freaking out about a major problem with the engine. Later, he calls and says oh it was the spark

I brought my own personal car recently to get it fixed and painted after a collision with a taxi driver. I was so impressed by the quality of the job and paint job that was done at their shop. I mean - really blew me away. I was super happy with it. And not only that but it also had a few minor scratches that they took care as well. Mucho Gracias!

Let me preface this review by saying I get anxious going into auto repair centers. The window on my FIAT 500 would not budge. I had no one around to assist me with a ride. I contacted Arrigo where I purchased the car and they were busy (10 AM). Griffin's is within walking distance of my home and office. They told me to drop by. I go there at 11. They drove to get the parts and had my car finished by 1:00! I left there to do some business and when I got back to the office at 2:30, Arrigo service finally called back. I brought my 72 Ford Bronco to Griffin Auto to have the transmission, transfer case, and, door alignment and guts replaced as well as, the top half of motor redone. I spent about 7k. After 10 months I had the truck delivered to me and as it was coming off the flatbed, transmission fluid was pouring out of the front bell housing. I sent it back and contact the owner.
The manager was a total thief and liar. The manager, who no longer works there, constantly fed me bs and i asked the owner to fix the situation. I was confident that he would but, he did not. I moved to Los Angeles recently

Thieves. I dropped my truck off at Griffin's to get the right rear quarter panel fixed and painted. Minor damage caused from a rear ending, no big deal. I stupidly left my Dell laptop and iPod Classic in the truck. It took 7 weeks to fix damage the size of a textbook. When I got the truck back, my laptop and iPod were missing. I asked to have this issue remedied, but was told management couldn't do anything about it, and was called a "iron liar" and "high profiling, strofiling, limousine riding clown." They're thieves and I'm filing suit. Do not recommend

Had a fender I sure from a neighbor backing in to my vehicle, took my escalade here for a appraisal for his insurance. Got a fast friendly estimate with no appointment. Marc in the main service building was very professional and had the body shop manager Chris look at my vehicle right away. After the approval made a appointment for the repairs. My vehicle was done as promised the follow up and attention to detail is second to none. Plus the work was incredible Definitely use them again

Excellent, honest service. I live in Stuart and make the drive down if i need repairs. The guys there have always been very honest and reasonably priced. I bring both my personally owned vehicle and my work vehicle. I have never needed the same repair twice. If you bring it in to be fixed, it will be fixed....
