WARNING...BE VERY CAREFUL WITH ORCHARD REALTY. I met with Patrice the first week in May 2021 for assistance searching for a one bedroom apartment. I payed the $50 fee required to use her services for 6 months then visited an apartment in an undesirable area. Afterwards, she agreed to get in touch with me when other units became available. Weeks later when I reached out to get an update she seemed bothered, was extremely rude, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak. Five months later and I have yet to hear from Patrice, which is so unprofessional for someone in her line of business

Patrice did nothing to try and get me and my fiance into apartment and refused to reimburse back us $25 that was agreed upon signing the paper work after 6 months if she didn't find us apartment. But ended up did after we refused to take no for an answer

My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Patrice at Orchard Realty. After months of searching for apartments on our own and being unsuccessful we decided to sit down with a realtor and this was honestly one of the best decisions we made. I 100% understand how realtor fees work so I am not going to demonize you because of a payment that revolves around a law or company, yes I paid the money, no I do not have a problem with it and I will explain why. 1) You gave no hesitation to show us the place that we were interested in. 2) you helped us out immediately and gave us a showing within the week. 3) financial situations during this current time isn't the best but you were still able to make arrangements

Spoke to a woman on the phone who was the nastiest thing alive. I asked her if I can see the apartment and she said we close at 7pm. I said ok- so can I see it? Again she said we close at 7pm. Ignoring that I asked if she can give me more info on the place her response was " everything is available online". Bless her soul.

I had a great experience with Orchard Realty. I worked with Patrice. She easy to work with and was professional and prompt with any emails and questions.
I found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Yes there's $50 service fee but you get it back when you sign a lease.

This was a smooth and fast process. I saw the house online and scheduled an appointment to meet with the realtor the following day. The moment we walked into the office everyone was friendly, Patrice is the best she never made us feel uncomfortable and was 100% honest with all the answers about the house and the process. She helped us get into a beautiful one family house that is absolutely amazing and she made sure the landlord fix the house to our accommodations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORCHARD REALTY!!!!!!! I had found orchard realty through craiglist while looking to rent an apartment and had emailed their office regarding a few rentals. i had been advised to go to their office to speak to someone about these apartments.. when i had gotten into the office i spoke to patrice (i believe that was her name) about what i was looking for.. she had told me that in order to use her services for 6mnths i had to pay $50 cash and she will email or call me when she had apartments fitting my criteria.. so i payed the 50 and we went to see two apartments which were disgusting and one of them she had never even
