Was able to get a last minute stay paid in full through hotwire, yet were still asked to pay a $50 deposit. Not a hold but an actual charge and had to wait 4 days to get it refunded back. Front desk didn't seem to welcoming. Person in front of us were refused a room because they wanted to pay in cash. I'm happy we had a card with a chip because that was the only acceptable method of pay.

Great hotel for price and convenience located near everything you could need close to parks and amazing service my suggestion would be to get a higher level floor there is an on-site breakfast buffet reasonably priced with a good variety of food choices. The only cons are parking especially returning later in the evening and rooms are a bit outdated but if your just looking for a place just to sleep it's perfect. There is an on site restaurant ,game room,pools, play area and 24 hour shop that are all nice as well. The staff were all amazing fast and helpful.

Not a bad place for a motel (yes, it's a motel with exterior room entrances). Its pretty well kept up with decent amenities. My biggest issues with this place are parking, which is almost nonexistent when the sun goes down and check-in. Try to get here as early as you can for check-in because the lines I saw at night were literally hours long from what I heard from people standing in them. Also, get your snacks off site, the prices at the store there are super high. Overall though, a decent place to stay with friendly staff.
