Don't expect to get much service especially if Bob is helping you. He came out to measure and said it would be about a week and a half for the estimate. At the two week mark we returned some samples and asked if there was an update, no there was nothing. At the three week mark I called and ask the status. Nothing had been done and Bob was out of the office. I asked the guy who answered how long does it normally take to get an estimate and he said for him it was about 24 hours after the measurement and for Bob it was about 48 hours. He said it's unusual for it to take so long and something must

Dave and his team were very communicative with me and treated the project like a partnership. I have a very busy schedule and they worked with me on that. I had a custom epoxy floor installed which, each piece is unique. Dave was present at the time of the coloring to ensure it had the look I was striving for. All touch-ups near the end were completed to my satisfaction. I recently had Crown Flooring re-finish my hardwood floor.
