In regards to Clover Group King's Pointe Senior Apartments in Sylvania, Ohio, the shoddy construction is quite apparent, as is the poor quality of materials used. There are uneven walls throughout the entire complex and uneven creaking floors on the second and third levels. The doors and their frames have been improperly installed, being out of square with the walls. There is an unbelievable number of building blemishes and defects. Several units have shower stalls that do not drain properly, resulting in standing water in the shower stalls. The large center courtyard lawn is abundantly full
