The building is clean and feels very safe. I've gone out to my car or the dumpster in the middle of the night and felt perfectly comfortable. Building management and maintenance are very friendly and responsive.
There are laundry machines on every floor. Parking and utilities are included.
The only major drawback is the kitchen area. There's just a beer fridge and one small section of counter.
Target, Tops, Walgreens, McDonalds, CVS, and a UPS Store are all within a couple minutes drive of the building.

I lived here for six months and it was a quiet, safe and clean place to call home. The other residents were friendly and mostly kept to themselves.
The staff here was absolutely incredible. Matt always responded in a timely manner and was always willing to help if anything was wrong or if I had questions. Maintenance was also great and any problem I had was always taken care of in a couple days. Aside from taking care of maintenance I often saw them cleaning and taking care of the property and everything was always very clean.
Overall this was a great place to live and I would recommend it to

I have lived at Kendev Studios for 10 months. I recently requested maintenance. Maintenance man Dave was attentive, and knew his craft! He was very quick and knew exactly what to do in way of task completion. Yay to Dave and yay to Kendev Studios building Manager, Matt for his attention to meeting building needs

I've rented at this location for about seven months now and have enjoyed my stay.
The units are clean and the lobby/hallways/parking lot are well maintained too. Snow is removed frequently, and the hallways and lobby are vacuumed regularly.
The units themselves are as small as you'd expect for a studio, however, there's ample room for almost anything you'd want to bring or setup. I came from a one bedroom apartment and had a lot of stuff I wanted to display, but with some creative room setup I was able to move everything into my unit and keep it from looking cluttered or cramped as well.

I've enjoyed the past few months living here!
The move in was smooth, and the property manager, Matt, is very timely when responding to inquiries. Rent is very reasonable and I enjoy not worrying about utilities, there’s plenty of parking around the building, and it’s a great location too.
The living area and bathroom have a good amount of space to work with, but even while cooking for one I feel the kitchen is the only cramped part of the apartment that requires some creativity to make it a bit more comfortable.
Plan on getting Fios if you use the internet for more than checking emails

I have only been here close to 1 year. And i have no complaints. The building is clean, i never really hear noise. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I love the Kenmore area. My only reason to leave would be because id like something a bit larger. But if they had 1 bdrm apartments i would definitely stay another year. As for Matt....he is great. He has never been anything but cool.

Lived at this place for over 10 years never missed a rent payment and was never late. Moved out left place broom clean. After turning in keys, never heard from them in regards to return of security deposit. Matt the leasing agent told me he would talk to his dad about it.He stated that my apartment needed extensive work. Obviously I lived there for over 10 years it's going to need new carpet and Painting. I was later told by their maintenance worker that the apartment was completely remodeled and re rented very quickly. This was very unprofessional and I can assure you that "Judge Judy" would agree
