Great building, great management, but the apt 207 was leaking through the roof everywhere. So we move out after 6 month.

Very clean. Great and available staff and management. Garage parking is great for the colder months. New apartments with up do date amenities. Great gym. Close proximity to Roost, Free Street, and Sports City Pizza & Pub to name a few restaurants.

I wouldn’t suggest any one trying to move in to this place. I paid my deposit if $500 On line . Which I called and asked what is the refund policy. I was told if I used a card it would be refunded to my card with in 24 hours. It has been two weeks and I still don’t have my refund. They don’t answer the phone and they respond with vague answers via email. Nice Building terrible customer service!!

I was looking for a new loft, centrally located with all the bells and whistles. The Crescendo Lofts did not disappoint! Centrally located within walking distance to some of the most popular spots around town such as the shops and restaurants in Elmwood Village, the Buffalo History Museum, Albright-Knox Art Gallery. Walking path to both Unity Island and Broderick Park - which has amazing shoreline for fishing, picnics areas, jogging paths and park benches to watch spectacular evening sunsets.
The building is aesthetically beautiful and has rich character, natural lighting, exposed brick and original

I couldnt be any happier moving into this beautiful building! From the start, Nicole the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and well maintained. The lofts are unique and every one has its own special view! All tenants are all professionals and friendly! 5 stars all the way!

Moving into the Crescendo has been an absolutely great experience! We have nothing but positive things to say about Frank and his staff. He has been responsive and personally helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and making sure that everything is as it should be. The Crescendo is run by a great crew and we are so happy with our decision to be here!

BEWARE. You are forced to pay your deposit when applying for housing. I was denied in MAY. I have contacted the development numerous times in regards to the refund that is required on their behalf in their LEGALLY BINDING statement in the case of denial. It is now JULY and the money is no where to be found with no one reaching back out to me or answering the phone or my emails.

Crescendo is a new beautiful building. I have toured many apartment buildings in Buffalo and this was by far the cleanest has the most friendly staff. I was worried about the safety, however, the building requires key fobs to get in that makes it extremely safe. I was overly impressed with Crescendo Lofts on my apartment search

Lived here for about 2 1/2 years and it was great. The apartments are beautiful with so much natural light. And having The Roost right downstairs is a huge plus!

I’ve lived in the Cresendo for less than 6 months and it has been one of the worse things I’ve experience. I should have left within the first month of moving in, but gave it a chance because I did really like the apartment it self.
Let’s run down the list of just a few reasons why no one should live here : 1. elevator CONSTANTLY has a HORRIBLE… stench always (apparently the sewer is right underneath) and if it’s not smelling absolutely disgusting then it’s down. 2. They’re advertising their “rooftop bar” that was supposed to be done this summer

THIS PLACE HAS RATS & I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES TO PROVE IT! WHICH MEANS IF THE LOFTS HAS RATS THEN SO DOES THE RESTAURANT ROOST!
If you value your car and sanity you will not move here. There is little to no space in parking garage so you’re placed on a pointless waiting list and forced to park on the street or their poorly lit parking lot across… the street ( which might I add is such a hassle to get to with Niagara’s traffic ). The local criminals have made a habit of breaking into MULTIPLE cars on both the street and the parking lot. They do it every other week, if not

2 problems come to mind. The first being, in the summer, the area has a terrible odor in the air. Forget about sitting out on the patio. The second, this is not the area to charge $40.00 for a roasted chicken.
