Unfortunately, I can not recommend this couple. After a lengthy conversation with the couple, I thought they were a fabulous butch dog and then with further investigation, I heard from several of their previous clients that their services has slipped and they were on the verge of retirement. They didn't seem to care personally for their clients. At first my husband and I thought the two woman were a good fit. Then I understood they were located in San Diego not San Francisco. I wish I could say something better, but I would not put all my marbles in their basket. Some clients said, yes

I worked with Margaret over the course of a year in a half, as I made the decision to sell my condo, rent for a period of time, and then ultimately buy a single-family home. During this time, Margaret ran dozens (and dozens) of models for me and was so incredibly patient with my never-ending questions. Margaret's guidance was the North Star that I followed during my process, and ultimately I landed exactly where I wanted and needed to be.

Simply put, Sue and Margaret are a powerful lending team. I actually prefer to call them advisors, because that is exactly what they take the time to do. Between the two of them, all the bases are covered and we were at ease knowing the process was handled by professionals. Their product knowledge, process expertise and great timing, ensured our home purchase was a slam dunk! We were first time homeowners, just starting the pre-approval process, and Sue was referred to us by our agent. She was amazing from the get-go, driving us to get our documentation in order, following up repeatedly on outstanding docs and explaining the process as we went. The general wisdom is that a buyer should talk to more than one mortgage broker, but we were on a very tight schedule and somehow Sue felt genuine and right for us, even though we had not talked to other brokers.

Sue is super on top of everything!
She helped me to refinance twice in the past 3 years, once to switch my 5 year ARM loan to a 30 year fixed rate, another time to refinance to get a lower interest rate. Both times the process was pretty smooth due to Sue's crispy clear instructions and communication!
I dont know how she does it, but she responds to my emails within 1 hour almost all the time, and she provides her advice only when it's needed. I feel I can totally trust her with her judgement and so far she has been tremendously helpful! Definitely recommend Sue for anyone who is looking

I just bought my first condo and so relieved that I had Sue to help me. She walked me through every step in this process and was extremely kind and comforting, she made the intimidation of buying a home much less scary. Sue even went with me to sign everything when closing escrow! I would absolutely recommend Sue to any first time buyer.
