All the therapists at Cornerstone make me feel very heard and valued. They listen to how I’m feeling every visit, and make me truly feel like they’re working toward a common goal, WITH me. Jess and Haley know my goals and have really helped with my chronic leg pain, and have helped me become a better athlete! I’ve learned so much about my own body through them, beyond just feeling a little more healed each time.

When I hobbled into Cornerstone the future was looking extremely bleak. I had been on a downward spiral for a few years that was affecting every aspect of my life. I was a 42 year old man using a cane and couldn't be on my feet for more than half an hour without experiencing severe pain and it was getting worse every day. After 6 weeks of working with Haley, Jess, and Rudy the future is bright again. Between the hands on work they have done on me and adhering to their prescribed exercise program I'm getting stronger and the pain is less everyday. They taught me how to manage something that multiple

My experience has been more than positive from Beth at the front desk to all the physical therapists I have seen. I do want to especially compliment Beth. She has been so wonderful to work with. The first person a patient makes contact with is that front desk employee. It can make or break an overall experience. Accolades to her. And physically, I am making progress with all the PT. Thank you for your service.

I have really benefited from my treatment at Cornerstone. Jess, Haley and Andrea all helped treat me. They all really took time to listen and understand what was going on. Rudy also was very helpful learning the exercises. Beth is super sweet and friendly every time you walk in. I also really appreciated Jess helping me to get in quickly to help with my pain. I would recommend anyone to go see these wonderful people!

I have required therapy for my back three times since 2001. The most recent therapy was performed by Cornerstone. My lead therapist after an initial visit or two was Jessica Grochowsky. She provided by far the best diagnosis of what therapies were required as my condition improved. She was able to target highly specific areas needing help and focusing on those. Therapies included stretching, strength, massage, and acupuncture. I could barely walk in when I started, and I had trouble with normal daily activities. When I walked out, I was again able to walk normally, hike and bike. I could finally
