I went and met with Jose to get a quote on some damages and explained I was not going to shop around and to just order the parts. Never heard back that the parts had come in, I called 3 times and left messages and never got a response. Just wasted my time and I am going to take my business somewhere else but the time wasted is frustrating as they are only open during the week.

I contacted this business about repairing collision damage to a 2004 Lexus. Manuel C. explained to me that working on a 2004 vehicle might entail problems with parts and that there might be more damage than covered by the insurance estimate. I asked him "What do you suggest?" He evaded answering that . I then asked him "Are you interested in doing the work or not?" His response was, "Good day, sir" and he hung up. That's abominably unprofessional. He could have just said, "We'd rather not work on a vehicle of that age."

I have taken my car here twice for repairs after a collision. The first time things went wrong on my car after coming back from here I didn’t think twice about it. The touchscreen had stopped working and the suspension malfunctioned. These were common issues so I just had them replaced.
But the second time was horrible. Driver rear was all that needed repairs. Everything was working fine on my car beforehand. They had my car an extra week for a supposed wire harness that needed replacement.

Don't waste your time. I wanted to get my car fixed. First time went to the shop for an estimate WITH AN APPOINTMENT, I had to wait an hour before he just took a few pictures, and that's it. Because it's expensive to fix, we decided to use our insurance, I don't know what's going on between them and State Farm, the guy kept telling me State Farm is bad, don't cover this that, and we charge you for the extra. Okay, fine. Then instead of helping me move forward, he made me feel stupid of using State Farm?! Worst experience I've ever had in 10 years.

You walk into a body shop steeling yourself for the worst. Expect to be told that the whole car needs to be painted twice and rebuilt to remove that ding on the front door. Especially so if it’s an expensive car. Well imagine my surprise when the exact opposite happened at covert. I met with Robert who clearly cares about cars. I have a vanity dent - ie it’s not something that will damage the car off left alone, but hurts my pride. I received wonderful service from Covert Collision after my car got damaged on a snowy hill during the Great Freeze. There were multiple cars involved, and Manual was a huge help at the outset with advice on which insurance companies to talk to in what order. My service was handled by Robert, who took over the interaction with the insurance company and kept me informed. They fixed two of my cars and they did a beautiful job on both. One car was a Tesla with significant damage from an 18 wheeler. The Other vehicle is a Ford F-150. That one looked great too. Monica was my Covert collision representative when I took in my 2018 Camaro in after a collision. She was extremely helpful after such a traumatic experience and just made me feel like she cared about me as a person and immediately asked if I was injured in the accident. The car was done in less than a week and it looked perfect. This is a bold statement considering that I am very particular about my vehicle. She even went above and beyond and sent me pictures of my car as it was being repaired. I will recommend this collision center to anyone that is ever in a accident.

.Update - we finally got the car to drive straight. Turns out a rotor was put on that was not the right size. This happened before we bought the car and before the wreck. I called Covert, and the same lady, who is now a manager, offered to pay half of the cost of the new rotors even though it was not their fault. Thank you for ending my 2 year nightmare on an unexpected and happy note.

Disrespectful. The agent got impatient that I didn't just accept his lack of urgency. He called me "Dear" when I asked why it was taking five hours to install a bumper and check to make sure the sensors were working.
Finally finished the car at 4:30 pm on Friday, too late for me to get it, which required me to keep paying for the rental car for three extra days.
With our lease almost up on our CTS-V at Covert Cadillac, this gives

If I could give place less than one star I would. They will keep your car for weeks without letting you know the status of your car. What should have been a simple repair has now taken six weeks, I had to order a part myself that they "couldn't get." An actual joke of a car repair place. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

I was originally told that my repair would take 23 days. It ended up being almost 2 months. Every time I called Monica to check on the status of my car, I was told it'd be ready "tomorrow." When it was finally done (5 weeks after it should have been), the car makes a weird new noise. I took it back and waited over 2 hours there only to be told to bring it back after the weekend because they couldn't figure out what the cause was. Needless to say, I will never be doing business here ever again.

Update 1/24/18: I couldn't be happier and more thankful for what Covert and Elvin did to find the issues with my car and get it corrected. I finally have my baby back and she drives JUST like she did before the accident. I will forever be appreciative of Covert and Elvin Pool. Thank you for treating me with kindness, giving me excellent communication and for getting to the bottom of my issues.

Covert Collision was recommended to me via GEICO after my wreck. Little did I know choosing them was a disastrous decision. The staff was kind and inviting when I first arrived but that belied a much greater dysfunction. The first issue stemmed from not delivering on an agreed completion date. I dropped the car off on July 8th and was told it would be finished by July 17th. Despite this, the car wasn't finished until July 23rd. If it weren't for my coverage, the costs of this completion time would have been costly.
