WHITAKERS Auto Body & Paint is family owned and operated and has been since 1989. We take great pride and care in what we do. We use the latest technology in estimating, collision repair, auto painting and hail damage repair. Our highly skilled technicians will diagnose and restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
Claim numbers are issued by the insurance company at the time you report the accident. Just jot the number down and bring it in with you. We will take care of the rest. If My Vehicle's Frame Is Damaged, Will It Be A Total Loss? Not necessarily. Now days most vehicles are built using unibody construction.
My vehicle wasn't an insurance claim, so I shopped several auto body shops before choosing Whitakers. As far as estimates go, they were all fairly close, so the deciding factor for me was their great online reviews. I have to say that I was not disappointed in the slightest. These guys actually get it.

Great experience all around. They called the same day I filed my claim with my insurance company to schedule my visit for the initial quote. Had me in and out for the initial appointment, worked with insurance to set up a rental car and got me in quick.
The repair done to my front bumper is outstanding. Couldn’t tell that any work was done, paint matched perfectly and the guarantee the work for life. Also finished the job 3 days early. The owner of the company called me to follow up 4 weeks later to confirm I was happy and treated well!

I recently had body work repairs done on my 2016 Subaru Outback. The work was flawlessly done. Communication was excellent regarding the estimate, connection with insurance, and time frames. Work was completed at the time promised. While I hope not to need body/paint repair services in the future, I would definitely return to Whitakers Auto Body & Paint and would refer others there as well.

I had the body of my car fixed on the drivers door side a long while back. They fixed it, but they didn't really do a great job. They said they put an OEM replacement on, but the application appears mediocre. The interior trim appears offset, the door doesn't seem to seal correctly, the door edge guards are missing, and there are scratches from what appears to be mishandling of the door, or perhaps dents on the new door being pulled out. They called to check to see how I liked their work, but didn't follow up after I gave these complaints. It was an average-quality job although the turn around

We took our 2020 Honda Civic Sport for body repair on the driver’s side door. They did an excellent job, matched the color perfectly and everyone was very professional. My wife has a stunning Lexus LC500 convertible that she cherishes. The car had a crunched front fascia/ bumper thanks to Austins less than perfect roads.. I'm so glad I took it to Whitakers as everything about the experience was terrific. Everyone in the office was friendly and I got immediate attention. Kyle carefully looked over the damage and gave me an estimate that was way less than I thought. I had to use Whitakers Auto Body and Paint twice in three months! Each time Shane and the rest to the Whitakers family took amazing care of my vehicles and got my vehicles back to me when they said they would. They weren't the cheapest but they sure were the most detailed in the estimate and the work done. Shane was communicative and provided me updates without me ever asking for updates. There was one small issue that needed to be addressed on my truck and Shane took care of it right away took time out of his schedule to pick up my vehicle and drop it off to me! Great service! I highly recommend

I choose Whitaker’s based on all the high reviews and I’m glad I did! They were consistent at communication during the entire process from my initial phone call regarding a quote to picking up my car. The team gave me a quote, handled the insurance portion & arranged a rental car for me. I only had to show up and drop off!
