Courteous, quick service with extremely fair prices. They are just as capable as the big collision shops but with much lower overhead and a faster turnaround. If you're like me and you didn't want to make an insurance claim for some unlucky body damage, take your ride to Alberto and get a quote. Can't recommend them highly enough.

If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would!! Crashing my car was an awful experience but Alfredo made fixing it very pleasant. I went to six different body shops in Austin to get quotes and Alfredo’s was by far the most affordable and he gave me a discount since I was paying out of pocket!! In addition to being affordable, Alfredo’s shop is also extremely efficient! One of the body shops I went to told me fixing my car would take 12 weeks, and Alfredo’s shop fixed my car in only 4 days!!! & another body shop I went to told me my car wasn’t worth fixing but Alfredo’s shop made

Absolutely incredible!!!
I have a 1999 BMW Z3 M Coupe that I recently acquired from the original owner and I wanted to get the door dings, rock chips and dents fixed so I took it to three different places who all said the same thing, “We don’t want to work on this car because of its age and if we break something we won’t be able to replace it.”
Mind you, how shocked I was as companies willing to lose money but being honest in their abilities. These were highly credible places too!
Fast forward to finding Alfredo’s Shop and WOW! I was treated like a king, escorted around the facility

This is my third time that a I requested a service from Alfredo’s shop. I love his work ethic. He put the time to understand what I need and then he give me a very reasonable price (actually) less price than I thought is going to be.
He set up with me the time I’m going to pick up my car all finished.
I really like the action that he takes to order the parts that we need to fix my car. On matter of few minutes.
I’m so glad this body shop is so much closed to my house and a I count with it.

Alfredo and his employees were all incredibly kind people. They did good work on my car. Unfortunately because of the pandemic there was a delay in getting the necessary parts. I understand that this delay was not the shop's fault.
HOWEVER, when I picked up my car, I found that the battery was dead. It appeared to have been left immobile for the entire 3 week period. They jumped the car and recommended I drive it for 30 minutes before turning it off. After driving around that long, the battery light went on and my AC/dashboard turned off. I had to got to a Walmart for a battery change as I did

My red Mazda got into an accident and I was unable to go where I originally wanted to due to a dispute about liability. I found Alfredo's through pure luck, and was given a decent estimate. I was worried about the paint job because I had previously had a very bad experience at another body shop. Not only did they do a wonderful job on the area of the accident, they even fixed the bad paint job from the other body shop!

My car got hit by a truck at a low speed in my office's garage building. I agreed to the driver's request of paying out of pocket instead of going through his auto insurance. I searched on the internet and found Alfredo because of its high customer ratings. After the driver stroke a deal with the manager, I sent my car in for repair. It turned out that choosing Alfredo was a bright decision. The manager and his team are super friendly, super professional and super efficient. My car 's appearance was fully restored in two days. Couldn't be happier.
