Phenomenal customer service from the time I walked in to the time my car was ready for pick up. Santiago and Tom quickly took photos and sent the estimate to their insurance. He assured me he would handle everything and kept his promise. I dropped off my car and they had someone waiting in the lobby to take me to Enterprise rentals.

I've used Quality Auto for years. They have always gone above and beyond to service my needs. They are so nice to deal with. I have never had any issue . My granddaughter ran into the garage door and dented her new car. She was devastated. They totally took care of the problem..her car looks perfect... then told her happy graduation.

PROFESSIONAL and NEIGHBORLY! Santiago and his team did an amazing job repairing my car after an accident back in April of last year. My car looked beautiful and was done in the quoted time period. I recently brought it back from them to look at unrelated issue, even though it couldn't be fixed completely, they got me going again. I really appreciate their professionalism and for taking care of me!

I first used Quality Body Shop in 1991 with my first fender-bender as a 16 year old. Fast forward 28 years later and I needed them again. Nobody can compare to their customer service...and as their name suggest, quality work. They’ve changed owners and made what couldn’t be better, better. I was thrilled with their fair pricing but mostly with their quick turn around. And they returned the car cleaner than I’ve seen it in years. Over the weekend, some idiot scratched my car while pulling out of a parking spot and then decided to bounce without leaving their details. I was worried about the cost of repair but, after a friend recommended with high praises, I stopped by QAB looking to get a quote. I was referred to Quality Auto by my salesman of my 2018 Chevy after a knuckle head hit me at a red light and damaged the entire driver side of my vehicle.
From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, Santiago was keeping me informed on my cars progress, to include my insurance company's adjuster quotes.

The service here is absolutely amazing, outstanding! Dealing with cars and wrecks is so stressful. They made this process as painless as possible. It would have taken any other shop a month to fix what they fixed in 21/2 weeks. They did excellent repair work. They also have a guarantee on their repair work. They were very responsive, honest and communicative. They even helped me get a rental as I did not have rental coverage under my insurance, and gave me a shop discount price cheaper than anything I could find online The owner (Buster) and his manager ( Santiago) are super friendly, easy to contact
