Dr. Bird takes good care of little people, and adults too! My bottom front teeth were beginning to shift with age so Dr. Bird was my first ever orthodontist to fix the teeth that needed adjustment. She knew exactly what to do to move my teeth to the exact position for perfection. Every visit Dr. Bird was friendly, happy and calming... even during the pandemic! When my son needs braces, Dr. Bird will also be his orthodontist. Braces by Bird is a professional business that sets high standards for themselves and exceeds them!

Dr. Bird and her team have gotten us through one round of braces on a teenager and a round of invisalign on an adult. The staff are kind and professional. Appointments were easy to make and usually within a reasonable time. Can't say enough about Dr. Bird and her approach. She truly cares about you and works with you to ensure that you achieve the desired goals of your treatment plan. Highly recommend Dr. Bird and her team!

We paid our part upfront and in full. However, there were disputes with a portion of the insurance part, a fraction of the original amount! We had multiple attempts to settle w Dr Bird and rescue our relationship (independent of this incident, we had allowed her to use our kids pictures on her website for free). She would not budge. Taking my 3 children (and probably more families) who need braces and many years of dentistry somewhere else. For some, medicine is a calling. For Dr Bird, it is a business (and a bad one). Period.

Dr. Bird and her treatment coordinator, Maria Ridge, were absolutely amazing! I went in for a free consultation 3 weeks ago, expecting someone just to look at my mouth and advise me about orthodontia. I was blown away by the thoroughness of Dr. Bird and her staff. They took several x-rays of my mouth and then later explained very clearly what they would advise. Even though I don't need orthodontia presently (I have other more pressing needs that fall outside of Dr. Bird's office), Dr. Bird did not charge me anything! Her commitment to excellence and professional expertise were above and beyond

My daughter started seeing Dr. Bird when she was little for dental checkups. When braces were recommended for her, we went to Braces by Bird. When she got her braces, paperwork was kept to a minimum and Dr. Bird and her team were transparent about the whole process. They have a patient rewards program, which really motivates my daughter to stay healthy. We were able to schedule her next appointment quickly. The whole process was great! I recommend Braces by Bird.

We went to a few orthodontists in the area and decided to go with Dr. Bird for my daughter's braces. Dr. Bird and her staff was very helpful and pleasant. They worked with us to bring down the down payment and helped us get in right away for the braces. Dr. Bird was very thorough and told us exactly how she will be proceeding. She went over the entire treatment plan on first visit and was clear on what will be done at each appointment. I am very happy with this office. The only reason I didn't go with a 5-star rating is because the charge of Invisalign was very expensive and the down

Long wait (25 min) for what I was told would be a 15 min appt. Finally told receptionist I would need to reschedule and then they took my son back. Assistant was rough when placing spacers. My son told me this without being asked and he has a high tolerance for pain. This was our first treatment visit; hopefully this was the exception and not normal practice.

Braces by Bird is fantastic! My daughter was so nervous about getting braces. The team talked her through every step and had a lot of patience. She came out of the office beaming and relaxed. As a parent the experience was so easy end to end. I received very detailed information about the plan, expenses and ongoing treatment. Everyone was great! We are very happy patients.

My son began treatment with Dr Bird in their original location and then followed the growing office across the street to their beautiful new location. My two older children went to two other orthodontists in town but neither could compare to the level of professionalism at Dr Bird's office. They made him feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. The hygienist always walked out with him after his appts to give me an update. My son and daughter have been seeing Dr. Bird for almost 4 years now and it has been a true blessing to have found such a wonderful kind hearted pediatric dentist/orthodontist and team. My son was very nervous and scared about getting his braces and was almost in tears, but the kind nurse quickly eased his fears and talked him through every step before doing anything. Throughout the process she asked how he was doing and only moved forward when she got the ok from him.
