My Name is Greg. I am originally from New Brunswick, New Jersey, I graduated from Morris College in South Carolina in 2008. I have been in the dentistry/ortho field for 6yrs. I love all sports teams from New Jersey (and any team LeBron is on!), and enjoy spending time with my 3 children. My name is Elizbeth.
As business and marital partners, Drs. Lockhart bring their unity into the office to deliver a caring, family-oriented approach to treatment. This allows them to share orthodontic ideas and design treatment plans together, providing optimum aesthetic results for all patients. After attending dental school at UNC together, the doctors received their orthodontic training at separate residency programs.

Orthodontic braces can correct crooked and crowded teeth, a misaligned bite and jaw problems. They can also eliminate problems you may have with eating, speaking properly or keeping your teeth clean. Traditional braces are the most common type of braces. There are many types of traditional braces in Charlotte, some of which are accompanied by colored ties to hold the wire in place, and that can be changed at each visit at the patient's desire.
Lingual Braces offer the most discrete method of straightening your teeth, because the braces are actually attached to the back of your teeth. For this reason, lingual braces are the most esthetic option of teeth alignment. Lingual braces have the added benefit of being attached to your teeth, which removes the inconvenience of having to take aligners in and out of your mouth without sacrificing esthetics.

Receptions are extremely rude. The Orthodontic Assistants are awful, they will put your rubber bands on so rough to the point where you can’t handle the extreme pain from them stretching out your mouth. These assistants need to learn how to be delicate with their patients. These new team members do not know how to do their job, they will be aggressive and rude. This location will also hire ANYONE with NO experience which is extremely concerning. I personally have seen a team member post about every single thing they did at their job, which is

The people and the environment of this facility are awesome. They are so respectful and nice starting in the reception. We didn’t have to wait, they were very punctual with the appointment.. The did a great job on my daughter “s braces.The dentist and the assistant were very professional and a huge thanks to the assistant that beside her great job she answered all my questions in a very nice and patience way. So far so good 😊

I went today for my first appointment and Dr. Lockhart and the entire staff at Dual Image Orthodontics were nothing short of amazing! They made me feel comfortable and like a part of the family immediately. The office is clean and state-of-the art and the team is incredibly friendly. I recently went to the office for a bottom retainer. The staff was very professional and both orthodontists were AMAZING!
The office was very clean with very savvy and modern technology!
Not only did I get my retainer the same day, I also received a mold of my teeth!!!!🙌🏾

I have had an excellent customer experience at Dual Image Dentistry and Orthodontics. I have gotten my teeth cleaned here for a while but wanted the perfect smile so I received a consultation from the orthodontics location. The two locations worked together closely to close my gaps and whiten my teeth. I am more than satisfied with the results! I never received treatments here, but i've went in for an initial consultation. The treatment plan he proposed, was later on commented by 5 other orthodontists i consulted with to be just horrible and will make my teeth snap right there. I'd have to believe that he's proposed a horribly dangerous plan when all 5 doctors from 2 different cities unanimously said that.

I'm currently a client here at Dual Image. In reality, I should likely wait until the braces are off to review in total. However, I've been being serviced there since last autumn. My braces will be removed in the first quarter of the year. I thoroughly enjoy the service of the Lockhart family. Everyone employed at their facility operates professionally, as doctors they are kind, responsive, informative, and honest. Dual Image Orthodontics remains flexible, gave several payment options for whatever your needs are regarding finances, and truly seem to care about the progress of the smile

I had a bad experience with a previous dentist so I wasn't really looking forward to getting a fill in today. I was super nervous and anxious! Well today was a breeze! The needle didn't hurt a bit and I didn't feel a thing the entire time. My face has already gone back to normal and I am not in any pain! I'm officially getting my regular cleaning again now since I am no longer afraid of the dentist! See you guys for my 6 month clean!

The Lockharts are AWESOME. I was able to get a last minute appointment to repair a permanent retainer. The staff was friendly, well educated, and fast. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. The facility is amazingly modern, clean, and welcoming. If I lived in NC, I'd absolutely make this orthodontist office, my primary office. Support quality African American business! I've wanted my teeth straight since I was a kid but I was forced to wait until now to seek orthodontic treatment. Now as an adult, I didn't want traditional braces but was told at another office that I wasn't eligible for Invisalign. Fortunately, Dr. Lockhart showed me that Invisalign was an option for me! The doctors are very confident and nice, I felt very comfortable with them and I am sure moving forward that I am in good hands.
