This place is okay, even though I never get any feed back from Dr. Bailey on the treatment for my children. The office is very nice & clean, I've never had an issue up until today with a lady name Julia. I myself have been in the medical field for more than 20 years and I could never find my self being rude or disrespectful to any of our patients. I'm not sure why she felt the need to be so rude when I had a conversation with her today. When I asked to speak to management I was told there is no manager in this office. The lady would I spoke with about my concerns & complaint assure me that Dr.

If you are wondering, is this the Ortho to go to? Let me tell you, stop looking, you found her. Professional, knowledgeable staff that are willing to go above and beyond for your care. My son is on the spectrum, and they would find a way to make him feel comfortable, answer all his questions calming his anxiety, and just build a good founded bond with the patient. The only setback is that a tiny amount of the dental assistants may come off as rude, but it may be that they are having a bad day. A smile never hurts anyone right? No place is perfect, but this is the closest to it that I've ever experienced

This is the best orthodontics ever. If you have braces or any other things involving teeth you need to go there. I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone. The staff ia amazing and so nice. The people at the front desk are so very nice and kind. Everyone there makes you feel so welcomed. So if your looking for a place to call home for your teeth go to Baily Orthodontics.

The minute I walked into Bailey Orthodontics I knew immediately this is where I wanted to be treated. The welcoming environment, the up-scaled facility and my detailed consultation made my decision easy. This was 10 years ago! Now my children are patients as well as are my nieces and nephew. They absolutely love this place and I have been nothing but pleased with the end results! Highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!

Bailey orthodontics is wonderful! Their facilities are always very clean, friendly and inviting. The staff are always so welcoming and it is a no stress zone! Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable and wants her patients to have the best smile. It is very affordable. We will definitely go back for my other 2 children.

Our family loves Bailey Orthodontics! They have always been accommodating and professional, and we have never had to wait long before appointments. The movie theater is a fun place to pass the time if there is a wait before an appointment. Both our kids and my husband have beautiful smiles thanks to Dr. Bailey and her team.

The people are nice, however they do not treat your oral situation on a case by case basis. For invisalign, they have their "normal" track and if you want anything different from that track to better suite your situation, you have to fight. And if a mistake is done (on their part), they are more than happy to offer you a solution, for a $500 fee. Not what I was expecting from a highly rated orthodontic office.

About a week ago I got my braces off and today was my visit for retainers. It's been a long time
Coming but I finally have straight teeth. My retainer didn't fit quite well so the moment I said I had any discomfort or that I was not happy Dr. Bailey and her staff did all they could to make sure I left there today with a happy new smile. My retainers had to be shaved to fit better but all in all it's an adjustment and it will take some time getting used to. Thanks to Dr. Bailey and her hard working staff I now have a smile I no longer have to hide or feel

I read the Yelp review for Bailey orthodontics and I decided to call an make an appointment for a consultation. This facility is beautiful! The receptionist and the lady who did my x-rays arevery nice. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and informative. Customer service at its best! My consult with Dr. Bailey went very well. She examined my teeth and explained my treatment plan. She was also very nice! I'm very happy and I will be making an appointment to get braces very soon. I also feel very comfortable bringing my 9 yr old daughter here for a consultation.
