Bonner Highlands Apartments

I have been calling this place for a month now. Have left multiple messages and emails, with no luck. I also had other reach out to them with no luck.. I dont understand..

I’ve called and emailed multiple times and can never get a response.. it’s ridiculous

Clean cap up quiet very nice staff apartments are beautiful very convenient to the stores and everything gas stations very nice place to live

Horrible Place doing terrible customer service! I lived here three months shy of two years. Every few months I had water coming through my ceiling in multiple areas of my apartment. Including during heavy rains my front windows would pour water in . The issue was never properly addressed, sometimes I was even told the same things happened in staff members apartments and they just lived with it. The entire time I live there I kept my apartment Immaculate to the point of management asking me to use my apartment as a display to try to get refinanced. Which I kindly agreed to every single time. I lived there for 4 years and was very happy but my daughter was a problem so we moved. I know she was put on the evicted list but was told by the old manager that i was not. I hope this is true because with her living in western Kansas now, i would love to come back someday.

Constant water issues & damage. Repairs never done properly. Constant excuses given for why repairs aren't done property. Adults & children constantly begging on property,including ringing door bell at any hour of day. Not all units come w/dish washer or washer & dryer hook ups & public laundry area is pathetic. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

It is a wonderful place to live Kay is quick to get any maintenance done. As a heads up it can take quite a bit to get in due to it being low to moderate income. The apartment is amazing and very spacious.

I been live here for about three years I think it very nice living here I like how it nice and quiet here
