I have lived in many, many different places where there is a management team that assists. I have never received the prompt responses, professionalism and felt led to feel like the team cared about MY needs without excuses. Well done Shawna Woods!!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Very poor management, sat at the office for an hour n a half, after a scheduled viewing. Never heard back, such a disappointment!

Only cons here are the price and everyone seems to have at least 1 car parked on the road. When driving through you often have to pull into an empty spot on the side to let another car get by.
The places are nice and I rarely hear the neighbors we're connected to. Also you can get Google Fiber here.

I would have gave a 4 stars but since we had a 'fake notice of eviction' (just a scare tactic but poor choice) from the new management because we missed the rent grace period (hey, life does have unplanned events)...stars went down. The maintenance man even thought it was harsh - maintenance has always been relational fixing things for us. This is the third management turnover. We've lived here 2 1/2 years, moved in with much construction yet to be finished (basically long-term residents). The first two managers strived to serve and relate to us - that letter was the 'welcome' from the third manager

Despite the bad reviews on this page… I have now lived here for 1 year and just signed a lease for another. I have nothing bad to say about these townhomes. Management has been good to me (although they just took new ownership so we will see), maintenance has been good to me, and quality of my home is excellent. I have no complaints and only good things to say. (Besides the need for more parking). Don’t let these bad reviews steer you away. Unbelievable how this place is managed! Awful!
They will force someone to move when they are Covid positive, even though they never missed a payment and offered to pay for extended time.
However they continue to allow people to live in the community that have the cops called on them weekly as well as the ones who have the cops called for domestic disputes.
Helen is the worst of them all!
There are some very good people that live in this community but the management is garbage! They don’t deserve to be in Western Shawnee!

I would defiantly give more than five stars if I could! I can not say enough good things about the staff and maintenance crew! From the first time going to look at them Helen was amazing and so friendly! Every time that I would speak to her on the phone, in person, or through an email she was professional and so friendly. Always has a smile on her face and knows you by name. Any time I have needed service request from maintenance they were there right away and fixed the issue. They value the community and property. They make sure that the community is safe, clean, and makes you feel at home! I

Lived here for a year and we love it. The maintenance crew is definitely 5 stars. Sometimes the office is a little spacey and we did have communication break down for a short time period because we didn’t get opted into the emails. Now that we are, all is well. I think the neighborhood isn’t perfect but none are. We cannot hear the neighbors we share a wall with AT ALL. The pool is very clean which is miraculous compared to other places we’ve lived. Landscaping is decent. We have a couple bushes I wish they’d prune but no biggie. Snow removal was crazy fast this year. It even happened on

PROS: Maintenance / Office Staff are super responsive and in my experience, I can say, they treat you well, consistently. The units are pretty new and the construction quality is better than you'd expect for an apartment. I didn't have to call maintenance often, maybe twice. Great appliances. Tons of storage (basement) and very generous cabinet and closet space, which is a big plus if you're moving from a house. It's really a quiet community and a family friendly place. Amazing townhome community/complex! Nearly brand new (around two years old), with an amazing pool, 24-hour gym access and maintenance access! The service was extremely friendly too. The stage townhome was beautiful - stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops!

First, the townhomes themselves are awesome.
Wonderful management and staff that are super easy to work with and very responsive.
The surrounding community has everything you'd need and the people are very friendly.
The schools are some of the best in the country.
All of those things are what make me love my decision to choose Prairie Pines and DEFINITELY make my commute worth it!
