Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

This landlord purposely told the people to not fix our air conditioning and she also told the health department to cancel the compliant I had because we have a portable air conditioner that only works when temperatures are in the low 80s. We have to go stay in a hotel instead of staying in an apartment with no air in which we pay rent
