The team at My Prime Home Loan were a tremendous help with my refinance! No matter when I called I was ALWAYS able to get assistance and I was always able to speak with a live person immediately. The process was quick and me and my husband were always updated on our loan status. I was even able to SKIP 2 PAYMENTS and they sent a notary to me to sign the documents! 10/10 would recommend!

Would not do business with this office. We are owed close to $6,000 and they continue to avoid my calls and unwilling to help.
Perhaps we are one of the only ones, but they made a huge mistake with the title company and even owned up to the mistake, and still won't give us the agreed upon credit because "they would lose money on the deal."
Unbelievable to see this lack of professionalism and to the point where it is criminal at this stage to agree to such a large credit (it even shows up on our loan docs) and have not backed out.
They do not want your business for a lifetime

From the very beginning, my situation was very sticky and many other companies didn't even want to take the time to listen to want I wanted. MyPrimeHomeLoans dove deep into my situation without hesitation and even though it took an awful amount of time for my refinance to finish at the end it was all worth it. The most frustrating part of all of it was the waiting. Lots of patience, communication, and trust between the staff at MyPrimeHomeLoans and myself is what kept me hopeful.

Wanting to take advantage of lower rates, I contacted MPHL for a refinance. I had used them for my previous refinance which was very good. Unfortunately, the second time was not as good. First there was the online system issues. After that was straightened out, I was provided a quote/ rate different from the agreed upon/requested and confirmed by email. I then received electronic forms ton"sign" under the penalty of perjury that the information was accurate. After pointing out to Roman that some of the information on the application was incorrect, I was told it was "Just an estimate
