Have had so many maintenance issues and the whole place is littered with abandoned vehicles. . our dishwasher is falling apart and we have been petitioning for months to get a new one. AC went out during a heat wave and took them days to fix. At one point we only had one working sink and all our pipes were backed up which also took days to fix. the decent thing about it is the price.

Absolutely do not rent from this HORRID complex. Besides the fact that the customer service and maintenance are awful. My friend has been living with a broken A/C with her 4 children (set of twins under 12 months old) in 90 degree weather. All they have done is offered a portable ac which has done nothing but run her electric bill up. On top of it all the vent in her daughters bedroom is COATED with black mold which is extremely dangerous. They clearly do NOT care about the well being of their tenants. Do not rent from these SLUM LORDS

Last evening my AC stopped working. The on-call maintenance tech was at home within 15 minutes of my call and had my AC back up and running within about 45min. Maintenance has always been great and very responsive. I have lived in the community for about 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say about their maintenance staff and office staff. Thanks again for all the help last night!

This is by far one of the worst places to live in the area. Rent is over priced for the conditions of the apartments. My family and I had many issues with our 3 bedroom that were never fixed. Ended up breaking the lease for the safety of my children. Now I have to pay to get them off my credit. Never returning and will never recommend!!

This place has been pretty much a headache since I moved in... the walls and overall structure of the building is paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING and you live in a building full of college students so good luck trying to get any type of sleep or peace and quiet in a close to $1000 1bedroom apartment.... I wish I could have gotten a better idea of that before I signed the lease... when you contact the office with audio of said noise they call it normal apartment noise. Not sure constant thumping, banging, etc. for hours and hours throughout the entire day and into the late hours is normal

I lived in pineford for 2 yrs and I really have had no complaints until I decided to ask for availability for a bigger apartment. I was told I would be put on a waiting list, which was great. I didn’t mind waiting. A months time passes by and they tell me they don’t do a waiting list anymore. I’ll be paying 835 a month for 600 sq ft apartment. It’s frustrating when the staff doesn’t communication and I get told it’s first come first serve after I thought there was a list. Now I’ll be looking at other places. I always wondered why this place had 2 star rating.

My wife and I moved in a month ago. We love it here. Tracy and Jackie in the leasing office were absolutely wonderful. Tracy answered all of our questions and made the move for us very smooth. The apartment is beautiful. Maintenance people were very good and came right away when we had an issue. Looking forward to spending many years here.
