I moved in last September and the few maintenance issues I've had have been handled quickly and professionally. I enjoy living here and would recommend it to others. I just wanted to thank the maintenance staff for their continued assistance. I recently was experiencing an issue with the heating system and the members of the staff took my issue seriously.

I wanted to rent an apartment from them, they said to fill out a questionnaire I filled out a questionnaire they charged me 170 dollars I have not seen this apartment I paid 170 dollars a day has passed they tell me that you refuse to refuse to give money then return the money they said that we will not return the money they scammers.

My first real apartment. Staff is very nice. The area is great and loved the hiking trail. And during the Virus they sent out food trucks all the time for us to try.
CONS
only bad thing about this place is when you move they force you to pay 105 for carpet cleaning or you hire a professional (which is more) even though I had a carpet cleaner they don’t accept that. And with the virus they closed the gym and some of the extra amenities and still made you pay for it. And when I was late a few days paying rent from the virus they charged 50$ everyday it was missed. Great place but they definitely

Overall, the grounds are nice, apartments are clean and semi-modern. Spacious bedrooms.
However, I just wanted to stated that Springford apartments ONLY considers one person's income if you and your roommate are not married or blood relatives. If you do not make enough money to cover the apartment for whole year on your own, you will be requested to get a cosigner.
My fiance and I applied and we were asked for a cosigner, which is insane! Because our incomes combined make enough money to cover the costs. Julie was always willing to help me and answer my questions despite me calling her often

I’m a little shocked by the negative comments about Springford. I lived there for a year and loved it!! Many of my friends have lived here at one point or another as well and have had raving reviews. The grounds are keep clean, it’s quiet and safe, and the staff are phenomenal!!!!! I needed to move to be closer to work and choose another Desuza Brown Community because I was treated so well at Springford.

I don't normally give reviews on things however, my experience with Springford apartments has been so great that I thought it needed to be shared! I got a new job in Harrisburg, and was commuting from Baltimore daily. This quickly became too tedious, so I decided I needed to move immediately. I really wanted to move to their sister property Terraces at Springford, but they had no foreseeable availability, so recommended I check here.
The first leasing agent I saw was Julie, and let me tell you she has been AMAZING from the beginning. She was super pleasant and helpful! Everytime I've had any questions

Moved here many years ago and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Springford Apartments! The landscaping and property is beautiful, peaceful and clean. The maintenance staff and office staff are always polite and prompt with any request I have. My apartment is comfortable and spacious. I feel safe and at home here. The location is perfect! Close to stores and restaurants. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Springford has the cleanest, best-kept grounds I have ever experienced in a complex this size. Our apartment was impeccably clean when we moved in, and we only ever had a handful of minor maintenance issues which were taken care of within a day of a request being made. The apartment was truly a steal for the amount of room we had. Parking is fantastic and there's an ample amount throughout the complex. The pool and gym were great - clean, well taken care of and open at reasonable hours for someone who works a 9-5, like myself.
