Pennswood Apartments & Townhomes

Someone put my daughter in a fridge then 2 men and a truck took it away... i want my fridge back keep the kid

Too many foreigners they stink food stink they look at u, don’t know english, don’t have manners the landlord is slow and maintenance is also too knowing that they are underpaid for their work.All the neighbors are weird.

Moved out after 3 years living there. The maintenance people never repaired anything. The management team sends us a bill for every single little thing wrong. I would recommend never go live here, management team are rude and total back stabbing.

I hate this place coz if you don’t give written notice two months prior to your moving date they will charge you insufficient charge of $1,160. I would not recommend this place to live coz some of the staff are very rude and they kept increasing tents every time you do a lease

The worst don’t move in. They will make you pay when you move out for things that isn’t wrong like putting new carpet in . Drug infested ,criminals and rude workers. David was a complete bad guy! By far the worst! It’s almost as bad as hall manor!

Poor customer service. Office workers were disrespectful and unhelpful. Will not share essential information to get an apartment. You have to ask for all the details as they will not explain the steps you need to take. Felt very unwelcomed there. Would not rent with a staff that treats tenants like that.

Apartments are relatively cheap and roomy. That is about the only good thing I can say about Pennswood.
I first considered Pennswood when I moved down to Harrisburg area in 2015. During my appointment, the office person had me fill out a form in the back of the office and pretty much forgot about me. So I stormed out and choose a different community to rent with. That should have been a sign and I should have stayed away for good. We’ve lived here for 10 years and have had no problems. I see comments about bugs and paying for maintenance but we’ve never had any bugs and never paid for any maintenance. When we have needed something done, they’ve been prompt and courteous. The only thing they bill us for is if you need your blinds replaced more than once. Ours have been replaced a number of times in 10 years and they have billed $25 but you can pay it with your rent or at a later time which I think is fair. We live in a townhouse and have had no problems with noise. We can hear a shower occasionally but they are apartments

For a rental service to charge a dead man's family back rent because they didn't provide them with two months notice... I'd say don't deal with this lowlife company. Since when did we know when we're going to die? Pennswood, if you happen to have some direct line to some higher bring who knows what day anyone is going to die, good for you. I'd say the general population doesn't need horrible money grubbing companies like yours. To anyone considering Pennswood as a place to live: you can do better.
