I was referred by my realtor about Paul Wells and omg did he do an awesome job. Paul thoroughly went through every nook and cranny and made sure that he inspected from top to bottom. Paul definitely gets down to the nitty gritty and covers all. I highly recommend Paul Wells. His wife as well did an amazing job as his partner thoroughly jotting everything down everything Paul described throughout the home inspection. You rock as well Mrs. Well the dynamic duo! As a first time home buyer, I expected Mr. Wells to provide sound recommendations on problems he identified with my house. Unfortunately he recommended band aid fixes for the problems on the house costing me more money. He underestimated several problems that I could have requested the seller to fix, but did not due to Mr. Wells cheap recommendations. I’m sure I’ll find more expensive issues to fix with this house that we’re passed over during the inspection.

He speaks in terms that you can understand and the reports he provides afterwords is an easy to follow list of my home's needs and repairs. His honesty and understanding makes him the best home inspector in the area.
