After receiving your information, we contact the client to explore their management options. Sending us business doesn't mean losing good clients. We don't offer a referral program as a means of stealing real estate sales; instead, we handle your client's management needs & point them back in your direction for sales.
You can normally resolve a toilet clog using a bit of elbow grease and a plunger. If you haven't already tried this, please be sure to do so before making a repair request. If too much material is put in the toilet bowl at one time or an object is placed in the toilet that restricts the flow, it will stop up.
Moving comes with plenty of question marks, but our team has carefully constructed these checklists to help put you at ease. Your first month's month's rent payment and security deposit are both payable at the lease signing. Without these amounts, we can't release the keys. Our team will set your move-in date and provide all of the necessary details about the inspection at the lease signing.

Outstanding property management company. I was nervous about renting as I had a change in home ownership. However, Vienna was super helpful and walked me through the process. Had a minor water heater issue and the Vienna team was super helpful in resolving the problem quickly and didn't even lose hot water. Great team and highly recommend.

In response to your message Scott- I had no issue with the recommendations. My issue was the fact that it took 3 weeks to make those recommendations and this was after I continually contacted your company for updates. Once I left Vienna and switched to another company they provided timely recommendations which I completed immediately and they had a tenant in the property in less than 2 weeks. My issue with Vienna is their lack of communication and timeliness.

Great property management company. I rented a property in Roseville for about a year and a half. From the time I received keys the staff were on it! Cierra Harper & Angie Brown are the brains/masters of the company. I later worked with Scott and Snookie and they are also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. With any issues, whether small or big that I had, Angie took care of them immediately. Do we all always agree? NO, but who cares. All the staff are able to explain each and every detail of your lease agreement, and they know exactly what direction to point when you have questions/concerns

The worst experience ever... like u would find a house that you like so much and then they would schedule and appointments and tell u to turn in and application and (during the process of the application they would say that oh there is another family ahead and if you don't pay for your fee then the other family will be ahead of you etc.... ) well, they took 225.00 and then they would use all this excuse saying that oh you are not approve u need more infor... like our family live in a house that we own for over 10 yrs plus and they said that wasn't enough proof of residency... We rented a house from these people for almost 3000 a month we were never late on our rent we were perfect tenants and these people are a nightmare to deal with from trying to look at properties from trying to move in there liars they try to overcharge you if you have anything that needs fixed when it's still under warranty and now that we moved out and the house was dirty when we moved in there trying to keep our security deposit and asking for receipts that prove that we professionally cleaned the house the house was dirty when we moved in even though it was brand new it was full of construction

We didn't have a good experience with the way your agent dealt with showings. The house was listed a few weeks ago and we were told to wait. Then once it opened up we chose a time and day to look at it and to wait till someone contacted us to look at it. The agent told me on the phone Cierra would contact us. Neither of us were contacted to view the home. We have great rental and credit history and wanted to at least have a chance to view it. I'm assuming someone on your team wanted someone they knew to rent it and cut everyone else out that wanted to view it. What a bummer! I won&apos

My wife contacted Cierra Harper to look at a property for rent in Lincoln 1730 la Guardia. We were told we could look at the property and just had to submit a questionnaire. After being told we could look at the house we were told there was an application pending and it was no longer available to look at. So you only accept one application and don't give anyone else the opportunity to look and apply? Very frustrated our time was waisted and we were never given the opportunity to apply or look. The house was just posted and we were told one thing then denied?

Called in to get assistance with viewing a property so that I could submit an application. Was told that I cannot view the property because there were pending applications. But the only way for me to submit an application is to view the property first. That is NOT equal opportunity. I would have submitted my application long ago if I wasn't made to jump through hoops to schedule a viewing (that wasn't even an option). And all the agent I spoke with told me, "what's the point? We won't even process all the applications on it anyway." Sounds like you're just taking

I've tried so many times to schedule a viewing for a specific property in my local area and it has been a legit nightmare. From being told to keep calling back to check on status. To getting a text notification to schedule a viewing that says there are no available times left is annoying. I have stayed on top of this specific property for over two and half weeks. Only to be told "sorry, if there are no more available times online then you can't see it." Such horrible customer service and attentiveness to people who constantly follow up on a property. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with any other property management company! We went to one prior to going to Vienna Property Management and were extremely disappointed. Then we found Anthony Alfano. Anthony and his team are amazing!! Our experience with Vienna Property Management has been phenomenal!! They are responsive and very professional. Routine maintenance goes undone. Calls and tenant complaints are discouraged.
Unfortunately, their management style creates a sense in the tenant that reported problems will be responded to with increased rent. The danger, then, is problems easily solved by routine maintenance go unreported and become bigger and more expensive to fix as time goes by.
Rent direct, treat your tenants well and they'll treat your house well.

I've got nothing but great remarks for VPM. It's a highly professional, first-class operation from beginning to end.
