A tooth filling restores teeth damaged by decay back to its normal look and feel. In more severe cases, patients may feel distortion or discomfort from the affected tooth. By cleaning out the decay and filling with a tooth-colored resin material, the tooth will regain the structure lost to decay while avoiding further damage.
We offer 3 methods of teeth whitening based on your preferences, ranging from in-office touch-ups to at-home whitening trays. All options are safe for your teeth and provide better results than over the counter products. Results can be seen immediately or take two weeks for full results depending on which method you choose.
A dental implant replaces a missing tooth. In this procedure, a small titanium post is surgically implanted into the bone by an oral surgeon. Once set, we can then attach a replacement tooth onto the top of the post, such as a crown or bridge. Patients are always sedated for the utmost comfort, although some pain is associated with the procedure and will subside in a few days.

Visited this office due to proximity to my home and being covered by my new insurance plan. Staff is very nice however, techniques are a bit outdated. Most places these days use the metal pick with the water spray on all your teeth. They only used this to get in between my permanent retainer. After the hour cleaning, I still had my lunch between my back molars. I really wanted to love this place, but my teeth don’t feel like they’ve just been cleaned by a professional.

I had the worst experience at Iron City Dental. I came in with a chipped tooth and just wanted to get it fixed because my current dentist was on vacation and I have been to that dental office before when there were other dentist there and I was pleased with the work. In retrospect I should have waited until my dentist came back in town. The experience from start to finish in my opinion was awful. From the initial numbing that was extremely painful (I’ve never felt that much pain in my life just to have an area numb), to the actual repair of the tooth. The completed tooth looked nothing like the

I love this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love how my dentist makes sure that you are satisfied with whatever procedure you are having done. You rarely find a dentist that genuinely cares about your dental heath and concerns versus just doing the minimum and getting paid. Love, love, love the whole staff at Iron City Dentistry

I have been coming to this place for quite some time now and the dentist and dental hygienists never lets me down. I love coming early in the morning because they get me in and out. The waiting area is so comfortable and quiet. There has never been a time where I came and they were too busy or too packed. They are located right off of highway 78 in Forestdale. Everyone is very professional. I'm glad that I chose them to play a role in my dental care.
