This is the worst property management company I have ever seen! No response to tenants, very poor and lazy management of property. I hope the owner changes them before they ruin his property and reputation.

We brought them into manager property replacing a different company now we wish we had the other company back. We are getting rid of these guys save your money they're not worth a penny in my opinion. In 6 years time they managed to turn things around when we had just started saving reserve money. After they took over 6 years later we find out that we're putting out more money than we take in now they refuse to share information with the board members because we are only volunteers even though we are homeowners. They have stoop to calling names making up stories about people and threatening people

Hi All,
I do not recommend using this company services. Slow responses, irresponsible and lack of supervision vendors who did maintenance.
My condo unit is at HAF got water damages (ceiling, window and wall) caused by the vendor who did patio power wash 3 weeks till now without any resolution. They are only GOOD at spending your money to hire vendors DAMAGE your home... Stay away from them!

Critical: Professionalism
It's horrible likes the reviews here. Keeps raising rent. 1350 to 1500 to 1750. Greedy & willing to not listen any tenants, but to only listening to crazy ones instead. Would be better off to other properties that will listen to people that paid them every month. Stay away from this company.

Since I have lived in my apartment unit since 2012, my rent has gone up from $1050 to $1500. Next month it's going up to $1700. I have not seen a drop of that value added back into my unit. The staff, maintenance crew, and groundspeople at Maple Park Apartments are the best humans connected to this money-grubbing company. Disgusting.

I am a home owner at a community that SUHRCO manages. In different occasions, I found SUHRCO staff (Tammi for our community) rude, unresponsive, and irresponsible. On one occasion, SUHRCO hired an attorney with our money, to threaten us and make us vote for a project which was far more expensive than what had been discussed before. They wanted to make us vote "Yes" to the project without getting a second estimate. SUHRCO does not work for homeowners, they work for their percentage of the projects. The more expensive the project is, the happier they are.

If I could give 0 star, I will do it. The worst property management company ever, and Tammy is the worst.
We bought the condominium back to November with the roof issue. Suhrco said they would repair it since it belongs to the HOA responsibility.
Up until now, nothing fix and the roof got worsen. Mold grows more and more.
Call the office and leave the voice message for both receptionist and Tammy, no one calls back.
So how can we contact you, Suhrco?
Dont just take our money and be irresponsible for our problem.
I will never in any property under Suhrco management in the future.

I would strongly recommend never doing business with Suhrco. I am a homeowner in a condominium association that Suhrco manages. From experience, they do not responsibly manage homeowner issues or address matters timely. They have little regard to the well-being of their customers nor do they take care of the real estate they help manage. Save your time, money and resources and select a different company.

I've never had a property management company that shows so little interest in the well-being and concern for the properties they manage. Good luck trying to reach them, I've left voicemails and emails without ever receiving a response. The only time they reach out to me is when they want money from me or to threaten tenants into abiding by their edicts. I personally want to thank Tammi Terzopoulos for being so disconnected from the people she services, avoid her like the bubonic plague. Keep up the horrible work Suhrco, at least you're consistent at that.
