Critical: Responsiveness
They have managed our property for 5+ years, the first property manager was great, responsive and proactive. However her replacement was awful to work with, took weeks and multiple emails / calls to respond. We have escalated to the company manager and nothing came out of it. Will not use them again.

Same exact complaint as user below me from Mr. Ganesan, which I will quote at the end.
I'll also add:
- Sort the reviews here by "Newest" and you'll see the reputation is not great. The fact that this is the only google review I've ever written should be telling
- The application fee was processed even though when I was finally called back after trying desperately to view the property (after ~5x phone calls and messages), they had said the property had ALREADY been rented. The ad was STILL up at this time allowing others to apply and lose a fee, and is still up today possibly due to denied applications

Beware of this company while applying. They do not refund the application fee even if they do not process the application.I had applied for a home, they never came back on results. I followed up myself to know the application is unsuccessful and the reason given was someone saw the home before me & got allocated. When i requested for refund of application fee as the application was not processed, the agent said that they cannot be refund. They took the money for absolutely unprocessed application which is unprofessional and unheard of. I would suggest get clarity from agent before applying or you

Our direct Manager Angelo Nelson has been a fabulous Property Manager for us for more than five years, and has taken great care of our building and residence. My fiance and I just signed a lease with an owner using this property management company and a good guy named Eric. He was extremely responsive and made the process easy. This company makes it easy to sign, pay, view information on the property and lease information all in one app. So far, an awesome experience. I'll update this in a few months to report how the move-in process goes. Cheers!

Our property manager Jenna has been great since we purchased a duplex last fall. She performed a thorough market analysis and proposed the highest market rent of anybody we talked to, but was able to get renters into both units in very short order! We feel like our fees have been well spent with NPPM. We have had a few issues come up and Jenna has always been responsive to tenant needs, and helpful in allowing various trades access to the property for repairs or survey work. We really appreciate having her on our team.

We've now been with NPP for almost 3 years and things have continued to run very smoothly. When occasional issues with the property have cropped up our property manager Becca has always been prompt and very knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend them more.
I recently contracted North Pacific to manage my home as a rental. They've been great to work with. They were able to quickly rent out the property. Gave great advice on rental rates and associated aspects. They have been very prompt with property maintenance and depositing monthly rent into our account. I've now worked with several property

North Pacific Property Management is a splendid company to work with. Since starting with them over 2 years ago I have not had a vacancy in this property. Any time there is an issue, my manager calls with a plan and solutions giving me the opportunity to pick the best course of action for myself and the tenant. I completely enjoy the fact that I can be as hands on or off as I need to. During my deployment to Afghanistan it was nice to know that I didn't need to worry about taking care of tenant requests or problems personally.
