We were trying to figure out if our package has been stolen from the lobby of the building so we sent an email to our property manager which we were dismissed and told "I am sorry you're having issues with the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, as you are probably aware, package theft is a big problem throughout the city. I do not manage any parts of the building, the community nor tracking mail and packages. Furthermore, it is not feasible for me to respond to or handle non-emergency situations right away. Going forward when a situation comes up about the building /community you can contact

My entire experience, beginning with my viewing agent Carrie Lazzar, to my closing agent Jeffi Tibbetts was terrific. They took the time to attend to every question, concern, and request with a prompt response and friendly interactions....always! What was a super stressful time became less frustrating and more of a fun experience all around. This team is amazing!!!

Jeni was an amazing property manager. She was very professional, flexible, and attentive. She made sure work orders were completed in a timely manner. She had our back when we struggled with our neighbor's demands. I thought she was fair in balancing duties to the owner and us.

Lynn Douglas did a phenomenal job locating good, long-term tenants. There have been no issues which has relieved a lot of initial worry on my end. I didn't like the idea of renting my house but it's turned out to be a great experience. Lynn is quick to respond to any questions or requests. My payments are deposited in my account on time. Despite some services being suspended due to covid (eg walkthroughs), I've been happy with my property management and would recommend Lynn specifically.

Kelley Rose was my property manager in a rental home and I had the absolute best time working with her. Everything was done professionally, and quickly.
I had to break my lease as I purchased a house and Kelley was incredibly understanding and helpful through the entire process. She was very flexible with me on moving days, and even organized the move-out and carpet cleaning for me so that I didn't have to worry about it while closing on my house.
I could not recommend her more highly!

I worked with David Drake who has done a fantastic job managing my property. David is very easy to work with and has done a fantastic job from finding great tenants to managing my property so far. He's super responsive and resourceful. He has stayed on top of everything every time we or the tenants had a question or a request. I can view the expenses and balances easily the Windermere website, which provides a great record for accounting and tax reporting purposes.
