Everything was perfect… from Vincent our helper to the entire funeral he helped us stay in budget as well as made sure we had everything we wanted to represent our loved one to making it a beautiful perfect funeral the only issue I have is afterwords we requested a few things and I haven’t heard from anyone yet about any of it hopefully I will soon and then I will have had a perfectly delightful experience in my time of grief which made it so much easier in having to deal with something so hard

This was the worst company I have ever worked with. I caution everyone to not trust their services for the memorial of your loved one. Not only were their business dealings horrible they also showed up late with our loved ones coffin with the excuse that “the hearse was busy and the previous one ran late” almost causing us to miss our assigned time at Willamette National Cemetery. We had worked with this company about 6 yrs ago and we were very satisfied, but the company is no longer reputable.

Under new management since the last time my wife's family had used their services-
Anna the Funeral director was kind, thorough and very helpful. She answered all of my emails and questions, all very promptly and professionally.
Julie the office manager was easy to work with and knew how to answer our questions and help us figure stuff out.
The Memorial Gardens are great, with plenty of options to lay your loved ones to rest.
Working with Little Chapel of the Chimes was a pleasure, it was painless and easy.

Staff was kind, compassionate when came in inquiring about pricing. Beautiful chapel, and impressed by the set up they had for an event. They took their time going over all of the options to make it as beautiful as possible with our feeling like I was being up sold. Thank all of you guys for being so thoughtful during our families difficult time.
