My fiancé and I began the process of purchasing a new home during the pandemic so I understood there may be "issues", however, what we experienced as a first time home buyers is inexcusable. Our loan originator was Andres O. who immediately began peddling his personal Amazon investment company once we began the home purchasing process. Although this should've been a red flag I dismissed it because I believe in trusting people and understand a "side hustle".
