I have only been at the front desk and this woman is so rude with attitude. While on a personal call arguing and cussing with someone over not using her debit card on something and talking to us who are coming in to handle business. If this is just one at the front desk shows I hate to see more. What a disgrace!!!!!

I visited the Delancey Internal Medicine (Penn Medicine) offices located in this building and I definitely don’t recommend it.
After my routine doctor’s visit (as a new patient) I got a charge for almost $400 dollars for a lab exam that the doctor specifically said was going to be FREE because it classified as preventive. I didn’t even ask for this test, she suggested it and when I hesitated she insisted it was free so I said sure why not.
I asked my insurance about it and they told me that the doctor marked the labs as investigatory so they had to charge me for it. They told me to talk

Employees are unprofessional in appearance and performance. Despite being health care workers, no one was wearing their mask appropriately and were more focused on their cellphones than performing their duties. Waited over an hour for lab work only to be told there was a “problem” with the orders. I left and rescheduled my appointment with a more competent facility.

Hello, I am sending out a review based on my experience today when I came in. I was schedule for an appointment that was inside your building and when I came in i said good morning and ask for directions to IMA the lady at the desk Michelle Temple as what it stated on her name badge she was on the phone of which it didn’t sound like a business call conversation so I waited until she got off the phone and then she says good morning and welcome me to the building I said thank you and asked how to get to the IMA office she gave me direction in a very nasty tone. Came down for appointment waited an hour to see the doctor and she refused to see me. Her office was across the room I was in and could here everything. She said it’s time for me to go home so I’m not seeing them. After that I had to reschedule the appointment and was told I would be seen right away. Did that happen NO! They told me it may be a three hour wait. This is unacceptable. The doctor needs to be helped responsible for this. This should have never happened in the first place.
