Services
Research shows that children's brains are wired to learn more effectively through playful activities. We have centers that allow children to build, create, use their imaginations, explore, experiment and engage with others. Our teachers teach lessons that involve playfulness, music, songs and being silly.
Our Junior Preschool Class focuses on learning life skills and social-emotional knowledge. Some of the goals of this classroom are to learn to take turns, respect others' personal space, build friendships with peers, build trusting relationships with teachers, learn to recognize cues for emotions in themselves and others.
Our team consists of exceptionally gifted individuals that see the best in others, have positive attitudes and enjoy making a difference in the lives of children. We pride ourselves on open communication with each other and parents. This communication and team-oriented atmosphere creates a supportive environment for all of our school-family members.

Bright Star Learning Center is an amazing place to work and to send your children! I have been in a Lead Teacher role over the past year and a half in the Senior Preschool Classroom. My experience has been so positive- full of love, support and education.
Michelle is kind and supportive director. She really makes an effort to see situations, both personal and in the classroom, through a non-biased perspective. She has a vast amount of knowledge about child development and classroom management techniques. I have always felt very comfortable going to her for help and advice.

Bright Star has created a fun and loving environment to be a part of. As a part-time teacher here, conscious discipline has really shifted my mindset into accepting all people and noticing struggles as teachable moments. Bright Star is more than just a daycare. It is a place where children feel safe, are able to learn the tools needed to be successful, and an environment that never gets dull.

We love Bright Star! We started sending our son in 2010 and our daughter in 2015. They are fabulous. Our son was more than ready for kindergarten and has continued to excel in school. Our daughter is right on track and doing well. The kids are able to explore and learn in a safe environment and the teachers are always personable and fun to talk to. I cannot imagine sending my kids anywhere else.
