Contacted beacon because the home inspector I was going to use decided to cancel on me 30 min before inspection was supposed to take place !! Contacted will and explained my situation and due to time I needed someone to come inspect home I am purchasing that day because I needed to take off work which was not easy ! He called me back and squeezed me in and told me he can be there in an hour!!!! Incredible work has amazing tools to detect mold moisture etc. I was impressed he was very formal thorough and had my report within hours sent to me along with wind mitigation report!! I would not look any

I was referred to William by a friend who had used him previously and could not be happier with the level of service, communication and quick turn around we received. We were in a very short inspection period on a rental property and he made time the following day to come out and inspect. To compliment that, we received the detailed inspection reports of his findings incredibly fast. William is personable, responsive and thorough - I highly recommend him and his services!

Willie inspected our house pre-closing, and did a fantastic job. He didn't miss a single detail. He is friendly, professional, and efficient! He worked until 11pm the same night to get our home inspection report to us. He takes pictures and documents every detail you could ever want. We felt completely at ease and confident buying our home after Willie's inspection because we knew exactly what we were getting.
