Baker Animal Hospital has been a staple in the Baker, LA, community for over 40 years. However, flooding damage from the Great Flood of 2016 caused the practice to close unexpectedly. Dr. Rebecca McCutcheon re-opened the practice in 2018 to continue its tradition of providing affordable, high-quality veterinary care for the canines and felines of the Baker area.

I can’t thank them enough for their service !! After calling at least a dozen of veterinarians in the area to get a international travel certificate, I found this office that did it very efficiently, fast and help us tremendously!!! All the other offices , put us on hold for a long time , gave us wrong answers . We are forever grateful to Dr.Rebecca and their staff. They really care about animals and their owners . When I am back in the area definitely I will bring my three dogs here !!!

Everyone at Baker Animal Hospital were excellent from the first phone conversation I had with them. They were friendly, very professional and most importantly they showed true concern for my litter of puppies. They made room to get them seen on a short notice when they could have easily scheduled me for another day due to other appointments they were tending to. They notified me quickly of findings and made sure to discuss treatment options before making any decisions. I was well informed of the process and they felt like family. I would recommend them 100%.
