If you authorize Cutting Edge Property Management to obtain a credit report, a one-bureau report may be obtained. Please note, an application cannot be approved without a credit report. Payroll check stubs, bank statements, recent credit report, copy of ID, family or pet photos, etc.
Applicant understands and agrees that: (i) this is an application to rent only and does not guarantee that applicant will be offered the Premises; (ii) Landlord or Manager or Agent may accept more than one application for the Premises and, using their sole discretion will select the best qualified applicant, and (iii) Applicant will provide a copy of applicant's driver's license upon request.

It is difficult and time consuming for Board members to complete the duties of HOA Management and can be easy to overlook important steps, such as annual government reporting and tax filing.
Schedule, attend, and take minutes at all regularly scheduled Board meeting (meeting frequency based on Board's requirements:monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi annually). Provide a Detailed Action List for the Board at every meeting (to track OPEN & COMPLETED activities). Provide compliance letters written to residents for Board review at every meeting, if requested.
