One star is one too many, Beware , you get what you pay for. This company likes to defer the routine maintenance of the buildings, instead of getting someone qualified with a license to do repairs they have a handy man do a bad job of repairing. Then years later the buildings don't pass the cities inspection and the property owners end up paying for it with a loan that gets taken out by the board, raising HOA or a special assessment gets put in place raising HOA dues 20% if necessary yearly, meanwhile "team" property management parts way.,

If I could post a review ZERO stars I would. Countless emails have been sent to Kathy, the owner, Sheila our representative of our HOA and her assistant that go unanswered. As homeowners, part of our association fees pay this firms salaries. Provide the service that is expected and that we pay for. It's time for the board to be accountable and listen to the homeowners as you were elected to do so. Be very aware that the negative reviews written here and on other social media platforms are very true.

Sheilas husband owns HOA construction so Sheila gives him all the jobs and makes a profit off all the properties which is clearly a conflict of interest per Davis Sterling Act and they are in violation of CC & R's by not getting bids.
