Alejandra has been with Consensys since 2016. As the Office Manager, Alejandra is responsible for making sure our front office runs smoothly, all calls are answered quickly, and our clients', tenants', and vendors' needs are met. She coordinates with all Consensys Property Management staff to maximize office efficiency.

This place manages an apartment building called Mediterranean Apartments in Whittier, Ca and I must say just like the apartment building they manage they are both straight up trash they are the most unresponsive management company I ever came across. When you call in to get some answers they send you up a chain of command and no one is ever in office they literally just collect money. If you a property owner, find another management company to waste your money with because this place is not it I wish someone read this review and hopefully this brings some change to their business practices but

We've lived at Mediterranean Apts for the past 4 years and I must say this apartment complex has declined in every way possible. Water is ALWAYS turned off with a 1hour notice!!!! How do you expect your tenants to prepare for water servicing when you don't have the decency to provide a 24hr notice. Just like you expect rent on the 1st of every month, we expect running water. You, consensys management, have run this complex very poorly. If this continues to be an issue we will escalate the matter.

It's so frustrating working with these people. I have yet another plumbing issue that is quickly turning into an emergency and I can't get a call back. It's been 4 hours. The operator just keeps sending me to the same persons voicemail. I can't wait until our HOA dumps them. Do your self a favor and do not use this company for HOA management. Unfortunately our building always has plumbing issues. So this is a regular thing with Consensy’s. It's a nightmare!

They just don't have it together! From loosing HOA checks, to sending letters saying you don't pay, when they have cashed the checks, slow to return calls, web site is still in maintenance stage for years it says and they are just not user friendly and letters are unprofessionally written and sent out to Homeowners for Plumbers or vendors coming out with out specific documentation ie: Name of Assoc. dates and times etc. They need a professional consultant to come in and clean them up.

1 star is too much. They have no right to treat renters like they do. They break laws concerning your rights as a renter to side with the owner's wishes even to knowingly commit illegal practices and procedures. Makes you wonder how they can look at themselves in a mirror or sleep at night. No conscience as to how a property management company should work with their renters for everyones best interest.

I haven’t even rented from this company and I’m glad I haven’t made it that far. Their property viewing hours are during business hours with no weekend appointments available whatsoever. On top of that, you have to confirm the appointment via text and the system cancels your appointment anyway. The final follow through of “customer service” is the fact that there is no agent information or after hours dispatch to call to talk to about their blatant failure. Whomever answers the ads is a pleasure to deal with since THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER. Do yourself a favor and find a rental/property management

Consensys takes great care of my property. They have found and kept wonderful tenants. The annual inspections are really informative and I get a lot of pictures, so I have a good idea of the shape of my property without my needing to disturb the tenants. Reports are easy to understand and my distributions are deposited automatically into my bank account.
