Read the reviews- not the fake ones that give it 5 stars and notice the trend- lies lies lies yeah. Unfortunately Mike F was the realtor for a house we purchased, he seemed like a nice family guy in the beginning, then it was lie after lie after lie- then he stopped answering calls. An absolute wolf in sheep's clothing. We had lost our house in the fire, that didn't stop him from taking financial advantage of our family. I am happy I am not working for the Kennedy group so I can sleep at night. I'm sure John F and Robert are rolling over in their graves knowing that these leaches

Worst company to ever exist. RUDE, COLD, SHALLOW DISHONEST. the ladies that answer the phone and run the office exhibit the 4 qualities listed above. I have had nothing but the worst experience to ever deal with this bargain basement non-management company that doesn't even have a proper repair person to do anything.
To this day my apt unit is the one that's used in all the pictures displayed when renting a unit. The funny thing is despite working so hard to have the unit clean they "CHARGED" me a bogus cleaning fee despite renting my unit in less than a day after I moved

If I could give them no stars I would this is the worst company EVER. They have neglected us since we moved in. This building was not built correctly they have zero Wi-Fi or cable connections, water is contaminated, poor heating, water damage and closets don’t work. They moved us in with out cleaning it first, no smoke detectors, or heat.

Hired them to manage properties and at first it went ok. As of last 2 yrs, Mike, the owner, doesn't answer texts for days when you have important questions. He delegates everything to his staff and they make careless errors. Costly errors to the owners. They collected money to provide service and not sure they'd be there to correct things when there are problems with tenants. I will be taking them to court if they don't conduct proper business.

Stay away from TKG management if possible. I just moved in and they are refusing to replace the broken refrigerator so I have been eating out for the least month while trying to deal with them. The laundry machine stains all of our clothing and they will not replace it. I have had to do laundry at a friends house. They left ugly and heavy furniture in the house and told us to deal with it. Not to mention the broken screens, holes in the walls from the door nobs, and NO HOT WATER for the first week. I doubted all of the other reviews unfortunately. They are unwilling to help. Please

This company is super non-responsive and rude. When you call into their office to find out why you have not heard back on an rental property you are looking to rent, the person who answer the phone says someone will get back to you when it's available, or when you can make an appointment to look at their units. It is like talking to a robot, emotionless and just there for a paycheck by the sound of her tone, big red flag. The fact that I have inquired on 4+ of their properties, with no response just their automatic email. You would think if the same person, is reaching out on different rentals

This property management is the worst. The only thing they manage to do is cash my checks but never fix anything. The property we are in has rat feces in the attic, multiple GFI outlets that trip regularly without use, broken light fixtures, a broken sliding door lock, and a broken side fence. When we submit repair orders they close them without resolving the issues.

Don’t trust your deposit with this group with this group. I had to take them to small claims court to get back my deposit I gave them some eight years ago. Even though I was never late on a payment they opted to keep my deposit even after leaving the place immaculate .
After easily winning the small claims case from a defendent who was unprepared with his false claims. as I provided simple proof, it was easily seen as enough for the judge.
So even after being compelled to pay me, they did not pay the judgment. Now I am forced to collect the judgment from them , they had 30 days to appeal it

I lived in an apartment that they "managed" for one year. They never responded to any maintenance issues we had. They were dishonest about multiple things. TKG was there for me each step of the way as I embarked upon a journey of renting after years of owning. This place doesn't even deserve a star! I don't even live in these crooked "management" property and every time I visit a friend of mine at one of their properties on Lake in Pasadena, they have no hot water, the pressure of the water sucks, and the company does nothing to fix it. There is also mold in the bathroom (such a health hazard). Do not rent from here people. Instead, spend a little more every month to a company that will repair your place. I hardly ever write reviews on yelp, but I felt compelled to speak out - and the sad thing is that I don't even live here
