La Casa Preschool partners with families in providing a Christian and academic foundation that cultivates, transforms and prepares children for long-term school success. Our North Scottsdale preschool weaves play based learning, STEAM curriculum and Christian education into our daily curriculum to create a loving learning environment and prepare your child for kindergarten.
Our overall goal is to encourage the growth of the whole child through learning opportunities in each area of development: social, emotional, physical, and cognitive, and to cultivate this development in an environment where each child is respected as an individual of worth. La Casa Preschool is a play based preschool meaning that we believe that children learn through guided play, exploration, experimentation, discovery, and problem solving.

It is our philosophy and goal to meet the needs of each child by providing a environment rich with age appropriate materials and activities, ultimately preparing your child for kindergarten. The difference is evident when you observe the school community, the staff, students and their families, interacting.

Play is an important part of children's learning and development. At La Casa Preschool, we believe that children learn through guided play, exploration, experimentation, discovery, and problem solving. PLAY is fundamental to a child's learning. Our play-based program at La Casa Preschool allows our students to explore concepts and see the world in a way that is meaningful to them.
As teachers and staff, we feel very strongly that it is our right, our privilege, and our obligation to teach the children here at the preschool about God. Our Christian preschool curriculum is centered around God's love. These words are reflected as a mission statement in the La Casa Preschool Staff Handbook, our Parent Handbook, on our website, in our Brochure, and virtually everywhere we want our message to reach.
La Casa Preschool is a play based preschool meaning that we believe that children learn through guided play, exploration, experimentation, discovery, and problem solving. Much like this recent AAP study, we believe that most powerful way children learn isn't only in classrooms or libraries, but rather on playgrounds and in playrooms.
Designed for students 2 1/2 - 3 years old, these programs reflect our philosophy that as a child enters school for the first important year, there are many developmental areas in which they grow. Most especially, these young learners will be growing emotionally and socially in ways that will be essential to their long term success and enjoyment of school.

This was our first year starting a preschool with our son and we chose La Casa and couldn't be happier! The campus is beautiful, clean and so welcoming! Our son has really blossomed in Mrs. Harvey and Mrs. Costolo's mini 3's class. He loves going to school and comes home every day with a smile on his face and great memories to share. We are so thankful for that and to have had such great teachers! The school does a great job creating a close-knit community among students and parents, offering several opportunities for families to engage and get to know one another. We look forward

I cannot say enough positive things about La Casa de Cristo preschool! My daughter has flourished these past two years there. We have made many friends and the whole La Casa team feels like family!! This is our last year here at La Casa and the thought of not being there makes me teary eyed. It is the most loving environment that any parent would want for their child.

We love La Casa! My son goes to the 2day 3s with Mrs Muller and Mrs Stanek and from day one he has loved it! There hasn't been one day of hesitation going in nor one day where he's come out saying he had anything other than a great time! I love the 'love and logic' approach that they take and the fact that they don't use timeouts. I think that sets La Casa apart from other pre schools. I'm amazed how Mrs L seems to recall everybody's name! I don't know how she does it to but it really adds to the personal and family feel of La Casa!

I have three little ones attending La Casa Preschool and we absolutely love it. It is such a nurturing environment! My girls in the mini 3s have so much fun role playing, doing arts and crafts, and reading stories and singing! Their teachers are fabulous and truly love each and every one of the children in their class. My older daughter is in Kindergarten Prep and has learned more than ever this year! She went from not writing a single letter at the beginning of the year to knowing the entire alphabet and her numbers! She loves science and can tell me all the phases of the moon! Most importantly

We absolutely LOVE La Casa. My daughter is truly excited to go to school every day. It was recommend to us by many people, and for good reason! My daughter has Mrs. Abram and Mrs. Fabry for the 2-day 3s class and we absolutely love them. They are sweet, caring, and truly make learning fun. La Casa provides the perfect combination of play with learning. I know my daughter will be more than ready for Kindergarten when she's done with La Casa. AND the different events throughout the year are so much fun! I would highly recommend La Casa and plan to send my other children here as well.

Finding the right fit for your child for preschool is a daunting task. Touring schools and asking questions, trying to make sure you leave your child in the best hands! When I walked into La Casa I just knew it was the right spot. It felt home-y (in a good way) with crafts and love all over the walls, extremely warm and friendly staff who carefully answer your questions and love your children. We live close to several preschools but I make the drive to La Casa because they take such amazing care of my daughter! I truly can't say enough good things about her teachers, the office staff, everything
