We used Vanilla Orchid for three commercial holiday events (500-900 guests per event) this season. Not to mention, all back to back and in different locations! Kameron made the booking process easy and was prompt with responses. Once the details were set, we sent invoices to accounting to begin the check cutting process. I highly recommend using Vanilla Orchid for catering!! Recently used Vanilla Orchid for my sisters gender reveal party. Their customer service was excellent from the beginning of getting the quotes to the end when picking up the order. They were responsive and courteous in all email and phone communications. They reviewed all the best menu options as we were picking up the order ourselves and traveling with the food. They even accommodated a last minute food addition with no problems. Vanilla Orchid did an amazing job for our wedding. Silvana was great about answering any questions I had and so helpful with the navigation of the menu, the organization and planning of their role in the wedding, not to mention accommodating! The food was bomb! I highly recommend brown butter sweet potatoes. My guests kept commenting on how much they enjoyed the food during and after the wedding!

We have used them for corporate luncheons and parties alike, and the food is always delicious and the service is great. Communication pre-event is always thorough so I knew just what to expect. They have created great menus for each event, and always crowd-pleasers. Vegetarian and GF options available, and did I say delicious? I highly recommend.

Vanilla Orchid is, quite simply, the very, very best. They provided a phenomenally delicious, beautiful, cost-effective luncheon that all my guests raved about. Their customer service is impeccable. And, they were able to accommodate some fairly serious dietary requirements. Their staff is amazing. I cannot say enough fantastic things about them! They are the best caterers I have ever used. The Vanilla Orchid is wonderful! The food for our wedding was fantastic. The whole team, led by the amazing Skylar Snyder, made our wedding great. Skylar guided us in the menu selection and preparing for the day with patience, great responsiveness, and professionalism. They were exceptionally accommodating for our outdoor wedding. Everything was cooked on site and tasted incredibly fresh. Guests are still complimenting us on the food at our wedding. Thank you, Vanilla Orchid!

I can't say enough great things about Vanilla Orchid and especially Silvana. They had provided bartending services in the past to Hacienda del Lago and did a super job. Last night, they provided both bartending AND catering. The food was delicious, the staff was amazing and Silvana made everything come together fantastically. They were already on our preferred bartending list, but they will now be on our preferred catering list as well!

I took breakfast to my clients yesterday and the whole experience was amazing! From simple ordering and quick responses! Ivan is great to work with! And my clients were extremely impressed! They will definitely remember me! And I have to say, you absolutely have to try the cinnamon rolls, I always thought my grandma made the best but these gave hers a run for the money!

I recently used Vanilla Orchid to host a happy hour after a business meeting. I booked with them on very short notice. But Ivan was accomodating to some of our last minute request. He was responsive. And when their was a couple minor issues with arrival time, he addressed them quickly. The food was delicious!! My favorite was the fried mac and cheese bites and the beef sliders.. Vanilla Orchid was so great to work with and their food was delicious. We were able to book them with short notice (not super last minute but with only a few weeks left under our belt). They catered a 17 year old birthday party with a guest list of 85 and were able to tailor the menu to the tastes of teenagers. Finger food of course because it was a classy party.
Slider bar included chicken and beef burgers. Truffle French fries in little cups. Mini milkshakes...one chocolate and one peanut butter. Gosh those were quite delicious.

It's so nice when Vanilla Orchid caters events at my office! True, I haven't hired them and gone through that process -- but as a bystander, I have enjoyed every single thing they've brought and cooked! Their food is fresh, flavorful and usually the best version of something you've ever had from catering.
Today's breakfast had a layered granola bar - with fresh fig jam between the layers. Who does that?! It was the healthiest excuse to basically eat a coffee cake, jam, and granola mash up. They brought homemade apricot preserves, savory scones, you name it.

I've used Vanilla Orchid for both business and personal occasions and they are great. Their food is fresh , sandwiches are huge with excellent ingredients, soups are seasoned just right, and their baked goods, well, worth doing the extra workout.
They work with you to complete your menu for a special occasion, suggesting ideas and delivering on them.

I am writing this review before my event but I am sure my review after will be just as glowing. Talk about the BEST vendor to work with, that is Vanilla Orchid. I ordered breakfast and lunch for my sister's bachelorette party and everyone involved was CRAZY HELPFUL and I truly can't say enough about them and how easy. I worked mostly with Paula and she was great. I had a change last minute and they fixed it and now just excited for the FOOD! More to come . . . .
