Services
Optimal is located in Stafford, Texas, and was acquired by Golden Max LLC in November of 2015. Optimal provides highly automated logistics inventory services, along with solution-driven capabilities targeted at reducing customers' operating and sales expense. We have expanded from our traditional Optimal Overstock to include Optimal Master Distribution (MD) and Optimal Government Services (OGS).
Our goal for the distributor is to decrease cost by lowering on-hand inventory, reduce receipts, reduce back orders, lower lead times, and increase inventory turns. For our manufacturing partners, we remove significant transportation and transaction costs. We will consolidate and reduce smaller monthly orders and aggregate them to larger, more cost-effective orders.
Our National Sales Force is actively calling on VA Medical Centers, DoD Military Treatment Facilities, Indian Health Services Hospitals and Clinics and Federal Bureau of Prison Hospitals throughout the US.
