I have worked as a PT for Sterling Staffing Solutions for 5 years. I love the culture of the company and how patient oriented it is. If I have an issue, I know I can reach out and get the support I need from staff or leadership. They have the best administrative team I have worked with-they always work as a team with clinicians to make sure we have what we need.

Unfortunately while an occupational therapist from Sterling was attempting to schedule with me an evaluation visit for therapy on my Mother, the OT decided to not wait to properly schedule an appt for my Mom's availability. Instead, she opted to show up unannounced to my Mom's home.
This is highly disrespectful and thus unprofessional, in particular to the vulnerable elderly and those of us that are there to help protect them. The policies, training and unprofessionalism that allowed this OT to conduct herself in this manner, are the same policies, training, unprofessionalism and "freedom taking
