Work with physician and other caregivers to coordinate, monitor, and properly implement the giving of care. They may do supervisory work to CNA's and HHA's as well as dispense basic skilled nursing services needed by the patient at home. Physical Therapists provide rehabilitative services to patients who are recovering from a recent hospitalization and/or injury.

The physical therapists of Med-Source Healthcare Services, Inc. will assess, evaluate and develop a treatment plan for the patient's home health program. The activities may include the improvement of skills for mobility, transferring, balance, motion and ambulation. I want to say that I found out about this company thru word of mouth and there staff reached out to me and took care of all the transfer paperwork and i had to do nothing but sit back and focus on my needs. I was with siblings healthcare for three years and am so glad I'm now with a company that can meet my needs and i am eagerly waiting to see the outcome of my decisions...

Terrible, terrible, terrible. It's ashame they play so many games. First they didn't have anyone in my area so I had to find someone. Then they sent a man but I was uncomfortable with a man giving me baths.
I found a young lady who gave me a sob story so I selected her. She rarely came to work, would take smoke breaks in the middle of task, and couldn't wash dishes if her life depended on it. This young lady stole a bluetooth headset, and a tablet from me. I was told they screened her and she had a background check. I feel so violated.
I told the manager I would no longer need their service
