I normally do not write online reviews, especially if negative, but in this case i feel the moral need to warn every honest human being out theater from dealing with Ready Mortgage Lenders LLC. If you were thinking of using them for your mortgage be ready for months and months of pain of suffering. Probably the worst human organization i've been dealing with in almost 40 years of life. But let me get into the specific. first they told me I qualified for the lease but i had to correct my taxes, resulting on an extra 5K in taxes for me. Absolutely terrible lender to deal with. I recently purchased a new home and was forced to utilize this service in order to receive closing credits and other incentives; however, I wish we would've used a legitimate bank or lending service.
