We have recently moved in to the blng. my wife and two kids. We are very happy with our new home. The onsite have been very helpful also she and her team did a great job in turning the apt. for us. I have noticed how well detail oriented this property is very clean all common ares well taken care off barbecue areas very clean and bright. Gardens are colorful we really like it here. Manager really nice and willing to help.

This apartment complex is a big joke! I've lived there for about 5 years and went through about 8 property managers. Nothing ever got done. If you put in a work order request for something to get done it took weeks before it actually happens. I an had electrical problem with my stove for over a year numerous complaints that it at times turn on by itself and when I was cooking even if it's was on low it automatically turned into high on its own. Firefighters were even called out once when I wasn't home because it turned on and I had a pot sitting on the stove which made the whole

I originally left a great review, but that was prior to all this nightmare.
I no longer recommending renting from here!!!!!
Starting Thursday, there were problems with the plumbing/water. The apartments turned off the water, then again on Friday. Well, yesterday (Saturday) the water was off in the morning and has been off since then. It is now Sunday afternoon, still NO WATER. We have contacted management, and they told us that nothing can be done until Monday. We have gone this entire weekend with NO water, and both of our toilets are clogged. We cannot use our toilets, we cannot cook anything

Hello, I noticed nobody had reviewed these apartments and unfortunately I'll have to be the first one. St. Thomas Apts. are very nice, spacious as well. It's seems all fine and dandy from the outside. Therefor, my boyfriend and I tried applying here back on December 24, 2014 with a $34 credit check fee. No biggie. There were some documents that needed to be added which was fine. But here we are January 29th, 2015 and I was told my application was denied because of an "active landlord tenant " dispute. Which is false! They could not provide me with any documentation to confirm

Worst apartments i have ever stayed in. I told the manager 30 separate times that there was mold growing in the apartment and that something needed to be done weather it be moving us to another unit or something. nothing was done. i now have asthma and im afraid my son might develop problems as well he was born when we lived there and when we moved the trundle under his crib when he was still an infant we had to throw it out along with all our furniture because it was all filled with mold, some with black mold. I felt horrid after i saw what was underneath my sons crib. not to mention the price
