I'm never the type of person that takes the time to write reviews, good or bad, but here I am. I am halfway through my lease and this is what I have dealt with up to this point. Firstly, I would like to say that I really like the spaciousness of my 1bdrm unit. This is mainly why I chose to live here. However, everything else has been a horrible experience and has made my stay unpleasant. My vehicle was towed from the complex parking lot, despite me having my parking permit displayed on the windshield. Maybe consider cross referencing license plates with a record of registered vehicles instead of

So far I give Eycalyptus Grove management and team top rates. They have responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner with a smile. The maintenance crew is friendly and prompt. I hear them every week cutting grass, blowing leaves and trimming the grounds. I hope the great service continues... Eva helped us before we moved here from out of town secure an apartment and the other staff have picked up where she left off.

Few things that would be great if they take a look at them. The sprinkler systems is pretty bad. No matter where I end up parking that day, the sprinklers and that nasty recycle water always gets to my car. Nothing worst than washing your car and waking up with your car all dirty and stained by the recycle water.
The parking situtaion not my favorite either. Specially when its pass 7 30 and you have to park a few buildings away and have my daughter sleeping on my arms and having yo carry her all late at night. Also there are cars parked and sitting there for 5 Months or More in designated parking

Overall apartment appearance and community is fine. However, apartment have no AC system and this is California which is usually hot. As high as the rent is for the units there should be AC systems in all apartments! About $2,400 in rent and no AC is absolutely crazy! The gym is also the size of a walk in closet which is disappointing. For that price of a two bedroom just go to an actual luxury apartment.

We are working With Mariah, our leasing agent.She is helping us to do a smooth transition from one apartment to another. We were nervous about the whole move, but she has been extremely patient and understanding of our family. We appreciate her help and are happy to still be tenants here for going on 2 years. We love the outdoor area, we love that it's dog friendly, we love that maintenence comes day of request within hours, we love that we have a clean pool. Thank you Mariah for everything. This is by far the worst place I've ever liver in!!! The people in the office think they're smarter and better than the tenants. They let anyone live here. The bar is really low. Recently they moved in these drug addicts in the apartment below me and they're up all night and sleep all day. When I called the office to complain they said they didn't believe me because the people I was talking about has government jobs and has to get drug tested. I pay my ren on the 1st every month and they could care less. I'm forced to live here for another 4 months with my 14 year old son

Finally getting out of this place but before I left I had one more bad experience with these people. Never can I trust them. I was told a few options for moving out after my lease was up and when I finally figure out how I'm going to do this, I'm told something different by the manager. I've been here a little over 4 yrs and they've had about 5 managers so far. I was told if there's a waitlist and you need to move out we will let you go prior to your 60 day notice so we can give tour apartment to someone on the waitlist. Manager later says we don't do waitlists

Experience moving in was great. Doyin was awesome help. However once we moved the harassment from management begun. There have been way too many instances where my family and I have been accused of actions we are not doing. They have been nit picking everything we do from listening to music, to getting notice that kids cant play outside (my son is 6) Management is incompetent. I got a phone call one day stating we owed $12,000. Management was so adamant about what was owed to the point to where my husband and I were being spoke to like we were stupid. Once the mistake was noticed, no real apology

This place is absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the place,Homeless people constantly in the area,and dead animals all over the place. There been a dead crow right around the corner from my apartment for 4 months now. I'm stuck here for a year and I can't wait for the day we are able to move out. I don't feel safe here at all. Constantly waking up from banging or music coming from other apartments. Also a bunch of sketchy stuff goes down here. Not worth the rent I pay for this place

Ok let me start by saying this apt looks amazing driving by the freeway and when you walk into the office...But once you sign and they charge you sign your screwed...my experience was moving into my apt and was not once told I had a flood 2 weeks previous to my move in...so as I set my room up and start putting things away in my bathroom I notice the inter back wall under my sink was molded which was literally 4 feet away from my bed....I go tell the office they appear to care and paint over it....I complain some more and they tell me I can move across the property to a "upgraded" apt

I am renting in this community for the past 1 year, this place is a good place to live, in comparison to the other apartments complex in this area.
Doyin in the office, is the most professional person I can remember had interacted with. The other people in the office are nice but I prefer to talk to Doyin, she complements this place!

I came to view this apartment and I was completely blew away by the professionalism and customer service from Leslie. I've never rented before and she helped me all the way through the process even helped me with finding and securing my dream apartment. From start to finish(application process to moving in) It has been so easy. Working with Eva made this process go smoothly. She responds in a timely manner via email and phone. The leasing staff is also great, whenever I call they always pick up and answer all of my questions.
Usually at apartments, getting maintenance takes forever, but I reported a problem to Eva and maintenance came and fixed it the same day!
I'm very happy with my choice to move into Eucalyptus Grove Apartments!

Customer service has been doing an awesome job since I moved in here. We recently renewed contract and asked for a unit transfer. Eva has been so patient and helpful with the whole process and has been there every step of the way. Any questions we have, she is happy to answer. Also, I see people complaining about maintenance service and I've never had a problem. When we have an issue, it usually gets resolved within a day.

One star only because of my horrible experience moving out. I got cheated out my deposit money. There is NO communication between their staff PLeASE people have everything in writing they will screw you over. I ended dealing with Kyle worst person ever. Gabriel was nice but has so much to learn too bad he doesnt have a good leader to learn from. If you are planning on moving here make sure to have in writing your 60day notice and never take

MILITARY BEWARE! Bad experience with this apartment complex due to the fact of being charged for damage after moving out that was not a product of me or my family. Outdated when I lived there, parking is bad (a lot of tow trucks come through as well), and the trash dumpsters are always overfilled. Think twice before you sign especially my like-wise military personnel.

The Good- Close to the freeway which is nice, clean pool area, attentive maintenance team who do a very good job and are always friendly, nice front office staff, roof just got fixed so no more leaky rainy days, clean pool...oh wait I said that already didn't I...
The Bad- the reason I know the maintenance staff so well is because I've had over 30 work orders for stuff to be fixed all around my apartment, the rent is sUUUUuuuch
